Apart from the absence of parking space everything was fine inside the hotel : cleanliness, customer service, great breakfast... The only negative was a bad experience my wife had at the hotel's Hair salon: very bad treatment from the salon guy! Unacceptable!

Excellent Boutique hotel. Highlights Very warm check in at reception, included a refreshing drink Staff we so nice, very polite and always asking how my stay was and everything was ok. I would say they were an excellent asset to the hotel Food amazing, great value, did not have anything that i did not like All areas are very clean and well maintained For a small establishment there are many spots you can sit, relax and enjoy. Cleaning ladies do a great job, daily cleaning with turn down service in the evenings. They set up a wide screen TV for football lover Breakfast buffet could not fault it, caters for everyone. Finally i have to mention the Potato fries, home made and best i have tasted. Low lights None. Would highly recommend this hotel for couples and families, little gem of a place and i will try and bring my family next time i visit.

A great and very stylish new Hotel !!! The receprionist Staff was very friendly and absolutely profesional, treat their customers always with a smile and respect. Guest relation manager (Jamie) will do always his best to assist you !!! As for the location great, no car needed at all, close to all great places to visit by foot !!! Well done to all NYX limassol staff.

Perfect spot to stay if you intend to explore Limassol. My Husband and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with the intention of exploring Limassol city. The hotel is located in the heart of Limassol, in close proximity of the old town, harbour and the beaches. The hotel was impeccably clean and tidy and had good vanity products along with good quality hair shampoo/conditioner products. The bed and pillows were comfy and the layout of the room, with sofa bed, balcony and cooking provisions was perfect. The hotel had a small pool on the top floor, which we would have used but didn’t have the opportunity to. The Reception staff, apologies that I don’t have names except Tony! All staff that we encountered were absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. They sourced excursions for us and gave excellent advice of areas to visit in Limassol and made recommendations of restaurants and reservations. Excellent choices, resulting in us visiting one restaurant twice. If you intend to visit Limassol for a short city break, don’t hesitate and stay here. The area is safe and if you need and additional amenities, the hotel staff will be more than delighted to help.

The woman at check out wasn't particularly friendly. The bathroom was very very old. Otherwise you have to say the hotel showed itself from a good side. The beds were modern and the fridge worked very well! Outside area and breakfast room seemed very modern. The hotel also had air conditioning. According to the booking information, there shouldn't be air conditioning.

We loved this hotel. We saw some of the poor reviews and were quite worried but here as our take. The staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic, every member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, to provide us with amazing service and to be friendly and fun. The restaurant staff are so so lovely as were all the outdoor bar staff. They were friendly helpful and made us laugh. The food was amazing, different every day and everything was hot, tasty and delicious! There is a Cyprus corner in the restaurant where we tried, Octopus, halloumi bread, olives, Turkish delight and loads more! We did the BBQ night and Italian night both of which were delicious and in a new location which made you feel like you had gone out for a meal which was lovely. The cats are gorgeous, so friendly but will leave you alone if you aren't a fan, they are clearly loved by the hotel staff. The entertainment each day/night is great, the bingo is super fun and there was something different to watch each night. Sunbeds, towards the end of the week it was busier but you could still get beds, you probably have to be at the pool for 8am to get a particular spot if you want it, but there was always availability. Loved the adults only pool for a quieter day. The area around the hotel doesn't feel the safest, and there isn't lots to do nearby but the hotel has so much you don't really need it! Drinks and cocktails were all great and table service in the evening for drinks was a lovely surprise! Overall we thought the hotel was excellent and would definitely return to this or another Atlantica in the future.

I literally re-joined TripAdvisor to write this review because I had the BEST time at this hotel & so did my husband. We've been to nicer hotels on paper (5*) and not had as good a time as we did here by far. We were influenced by the fact the TUI website mentioned they could cater for vegans - normally AI is a bit miserable for us but we ate SO much here. We were pleasantly surprised & they even went out of their way to put vegan yoghurts in our fridge at check in which we so so appreciated! Even in the a la carte restaurant they went out of their way to make sure we had enough to eat. The in-room toiletries were also vegan! One thing I will pre-warn about is the noise from entertainment if you're in a sea/pool facing room. We were in 237 which was literally *immediately* above the lobby bar/entertainment area. We read a review that prepared us for that so honestly we weren't bothered (watching the entertainment from your own balcony when there are no free seats is a vibe) but if you really want an early night I'd sacrifice the view. The latest you're really going to get significant noise though seems to be about midnight which isn't too bad all things considered. The TUI reps (managed by Ged) were outstanding & there were so many varied activities. From entertainment, fitness, creative sessions, local walks there was just brilliant variety & everything we did was really high quality. I started the week very eye-rolly about the silent disco idea and then was immediately hooked, it is such great fun. I think Ged & his team with their activities really made the stay special and I do think the hotel will be missing something when it stops being a TUI Blue. They might live to reverse that decision (in my opinion). I personally loved the cats - they're the sweetest things (except from Biscuits, she is way too sassy). They're well looked after and so cuddly. The hotel works with a local organisation to ensure they have vet treatments & feed them etc. If you don't like cats then Cyprus probably isn't the best destination for you in general since they outnumber people. Certainly this hotel isn't the one for angry cat-haters. They do love a cuddle & will jump on the tables outside at meal times if given any encouragement. Everything was clean, the pool area is very pretty (no idea what a review is talking about that said there are no trees when there's literally loads of them?? Were you in a different hotel??). Variety of age groups amongst the guests, too. Just generally a really lovely & friendly atmosphere all round. Staff were attentive and we didn't have any issues getting sun loungers at any time of day. The gym is really really decent, one of the better hotel gyms I've been to despite being relatively small! Had a massage which was nice, too! The library was a lovely addition to the hotel. Lovely place to stay at, a bit overpriced but overall we had a wonderful experience. Lost a few points on the several delays we had. Both from room service and team. The main manager gifted us a lovely bouquet though and made us feel warm. The manager at Locatelli, Mario, his team, and Chief gave us the best experience ever!!! We have returned several times to eat there and they took care of us every single time. Preparing amazing vegan/vegetarian food and Apu, our waiter, ensured that everything was amazing. The spa facilities are unique, we enjoyed all areas and the salt pool but the massage was so-so, for the price we payed. The breakfast area was very loud, waiters were arguing and it was very noisy. The constant music blasting everywhere was also not aligned with the serenity that this place aims to create. We were on the top floors and we could still hear the pool music until late hours. We will return back to Locatelli for sure. As far as staying there..we might give it another try.

The hotel was built a long time ago, it doesn’t look very straight from the outside, but the rooms are reinvigorated, the carpet in the corridors is new and not worn, there are magnetic locks on the doors. But honestly, the hotel does not pull 5 *. What did you like: - welcome bottle of wine and apples - chocolates on the bed every night - change of towels throughout the day - good shampoos Did not like: - an outsider can calmly come in for breakfast and no one will ask where he is from, and they will politely take him to a table at (because our friend just came, had breakfast and went to the beach) - the construction site is near and it’s not said anywhere, but there is noise from it - the floor in the rooms must be requested to wash - the beach is dirty, full of cigarette butts - weak animation - if you do not live on all inclusive conditions, then in a cafe on the beach the average cost of a meal is 8 euros, coffee 4 euros, smoothies - 6 euros. But for all inclusive there are restrictions - 2 naptanv a day per person - modest territory, nowhere to walk - the hotel in the distance is both plus and minus, quiet and there are no engines, but because there are only 3 restaurants nearby, and a taxi is expensive, about 1 euro km, even more expensive in the evening, you have to go there - there is no supermarket nearby, only a minimarket where you can buy something on the little things
