We went with our daughter to the hotel on September 13, we live 5 days, but we already want to write a review. The first impression was very pleasant. Outside everything is beautiful and clean, cozy rooms, snowy bed, good furniture. But gradually it started to spoil. When the maid started to grumble that she had just moved the bed, now we have to move again, as we asked for 2 separate beds. Well, she turned, but she did, we didn't pay attention to this little. In 5 days we have never been cleaned, the garbage was not even taken every day. The daughter has sucked a high-speed in the hallway, so it still lying is an indicator of what we haven't been dusted at all! Only washed the plates and sometimes changed the towels (and that partly not all). That is a lot of stress! That's disgusting. As for food: Yes, there is, but I can't say that it's really delicious. Breakfast is served with cooled food, the Swedish table does not shine with a variety. Colbases and sausages are not delicious, cheese too. And dinner was not impressed completely. The clark was red fish for some reason))), dry and tasteless. Now about the number: tea was only at the check-in, then everything, good in a small way). Bassain with heating (first experience) it is certainly super. Responsive and very polite staff, responding quickly to requests. What surprised me was the presence of free umbrellas. We used it so much. I can't say anything about the restaurant, but like the whole hotel decoration is super. The presence of an elevator was also very enjoyable as it was comfortable to get to the pool (we lived on the 2nd floor). The location of the hotel from the point of infrastructure is also successful. Yes, the yard is small, but when you rest in the cold time of the year it is not important at all. Although again the decoration is very beautiful. Nearby is no 5 dining rooms. Shops. Until the New Age and the market about 15-20 minutes walk. The planes did not tense us. The location is good, the door is the sea. Breakfast is more abundant. The front desk is more welcoming, but English is not at all.

In 2022, they were limited to one time. This year, Adler has been in the city for more than two weeks, decided to check the previously favorite place. There are practically no claims for the quality of the dishes, everything is quite edible. Well only meat (which is the pig neck) could have been better. Sure, surprised the strange supply of wine. Both white and red wine was exceptionally warm, with the price for these very simple Russian and Georgian drinks at the level of not the last restaurants of Moscow or SPb (I am not sure that in them it is possible to find such unclaimed wine).
