Just stayed many times at this hotel. Of the downsides... there are no cheeslongs, a pool (though the territory allows it) and a spa.

We went with our daughter to the hotel on September 13, we live 5 days, but we already want to write a review. The first impression was very pleasant. Outside everything is beautiful and clean, cozy rooms, snowy bed, good furniture. But gradually it started to spoil. When the maid started to grumble that she had just moved the bed, now we have to move again, as we asked for 2 separate beds. Well, she turned, but she did, we didn't pay attention to this little. In 5 days we have never been cleaned, the garbage was not even taken every day. The daughter has sucked a high-speed in the hallway, so it still lying is an indicator of what we haven't been dusted at all! Only washed the plates and sometimes changed the towels (and that partly not all). That is a lot of stress! That's disgusting. As for food: Yes, there is, but I can't say that it's really delicious. Breakfast is served with cooled food, the Swedish table does not shine with a variety. Colbases and sausages are not delicious, cheese too. And dinner was not impressed completely. The clark was red fish for some reason))), dry and tasteless. Now about the number: tea was only at the check-in, then everything, good in a small way). In the shelter the water is bad, the castle in the sink is so tight that it is closed, There is a chance not to get out of the toilet. I opened the daughter several times with a knife from the outside. And the shower liked! Good pressure of water, nice to wash. And it rushed into the eyes that there is no air refrigerator in the bathroom. It is inconceivable at all. I used to work at a hotel myself (without a ribbon, and I remember our director pursuing the maids to clean everything perfectly and walking to check with a white napkin. Here is the director. And to teach staff to greet guests, it is also important in my opinion. However, my rest was not spoiled as I tried to see all the benefits. But the second time I won't go exactly here)

A wonderful City Apart Hotel in the center of Adler. I liked almost everything, so I'll advise everyone and I'll probably come back here. Plus: 1. The location of the hotel is just 11 of 10. in step-to-step access all cafes and restaurants including the TZ with food cards, VB food shops, magnet, five points ... hungry exactly didn't stay. But the diamond in the wide choice of cafe is Hinkali Danceali! It is delicious with a summer cozy veranda (as a bonus of Hincal's cat and the protein on the nearby tree with which children played). 2. The service was always available and responsive. I will not say that they were often treated. All communication was as friendly as possible. 3. Silence in the room, almost no neighbors and cafe/club. Fitness Hall on the second floor in access. 4. The roof pool is cool! Minuses (I will be rigged, tk everything was good) 1. There is no beach - to the public beach 10-15 minutes of unspeed relaxed walk. 2. The cleaning in the rooms was done daily, but not always qualitatively. Between the floors, the butterfly was lying on the floor and remained. 3. The territory is virtually not available. Food is not a Swedish table, but in a restaurant. Someone may not be enough, we may not be in the plus - walk, try. As I wrote at the beginning, we eventually liked everything! Rest family three. Want me to get to something - it won't work! We were all delighted! We liked absolutely everything. Hamam went 2 times. Bassain with heating (first experience) it is certainly super. Responsive and very polite staff, responding quickly to requests. What surprised me was the presence of free umbrellas. We used it so much. I can't say anything about the restaurant, but like the whole hotel decoration is super. The presence of an elevator was also very enjoyable as it was comfortable to get to the pool (we lived on the 2nd floor). The location of the hotel from the point of infrastructure is also successful. Yes, the yard is small, but when you rest in the cold time of the year it is not important at all. Although again the decoration is very beautiful. Nearby is no 5 dining rooms. Shops. Until the New Age and the market about 15-20 minutes walk. The planes did not tense us. I recommend to everyone, do not miss.

Отель входит в состав грейс групп. Состоит из нескольких корпусов. В отели есть лифт! Это огромный плюс, даже если вы живете на 2 этаже. Чемодан не нужно тащить на себе. Мы брали номер стандарт с балконом и завтраками на 6 ночей. Когда зашли в номер кровати были сдвинуты, но по нашей просьбе их раздвинули и перезаправили. Кровати хорошие, матрасы удобные. Уборка в номере каждый день, постельное меняли 1 раз, полотенца 3 штуки на 1 человека + 1 шт. для ног, меняли вроде 2 раза. Полотенца все чистые, но уже потрепанные, где ниточки висят, где края порваны. В ванной комнате каждый день добавляют шампунь, гель для душа и мыло. Что расстроило немного в номере: очень мятые шторы, грязные ложки, сантехника в ржавчине. В остальном прекрасный номер, вид на внутренний дворик, где журчат фонтаны и видно бассейн. Так же место, которое украшают на праздники. Мы попали на 1 4февраля, там было установлено красивое сердце и лебеди из шаров (на ресепшене в праздник был фуршет, видимо для людей у кого все включено, т.к. нам не предложили) Завтраки - шведский стол, хорошее разнообразие блюд. Повторялись только сосиски, омлет, нарезка и овощи – остальные блюда не повторились ни разу за 6 дней. Очень вкусные вареники с сыром!!! На территории есть ресторан, иногда там кто-то поет, при заселении дают карточку со скидкой 10 % на заказ в ресторане от 1000 руб. На этаже стоит кулер с горячей и холодной водой. Там же гладильная доска и утюг. Нам было очень удобно, т.к. мы жили за стенкой. На территории есть бассейн, хамам и бани. Бани только для тех, у кого все включено или по брони. Хамам и бассейн для всех. В бассейне теплая вода. Хамам тоже хороший, но очень маленький, иногда приходилось ждать, когда освободится местечко. Есть бесплатный трансфер до/от Розы Хутор – это огромный плюс для любителей лыж и сноуборда. На трансфер нужно записываться вечером. Возят хорошие микроавтобусы мерседес. Если рано уезжаете можно заказать ланч бокс. В него входит яблоко/мандарин, бутылочка воды, сэндвич и 2 мафина. Конечно с завтраком не сравнить, но зато не нужно думать утром где и что поесть. Единственный нюанс его дают вечером и ваш пакет будет стоять на ресепшене без холодильника пока вы его не заберете (жаль об этом не предупреждают). На территории отеля очень много цветов и кустарников, есть зона для курения и беседки. Так же на территории есть контактный зоопарк, детский городок и детский бассейн – огромный плюс для тех кто с детьми. Но от живого уголка конечно же присутствует запах и иногда довольно сильный. У отеля 2 выхода: один в парк и тихую улочку, второй выход на улицу с киосками. Отель находится в очень хорошем мест : парк, океанариум, дельфинарий, остановка ласточки и море все буквально в 5-10 минутах хоть бы. Остановка общественного транспорта тоже недалеко. Итог: Отель нам понравился. Мне лично не хватило покрывал на кроватях – пришлось стелить полотенца и какой-нибудь полочки в душе – некуда поставить шампунь и т.п.

It's just a hotel bomb, chic breakfast every day different, very delicious coffee. Staff funny, polite.in the rooms clean, we had a luxury,the pool fire.to the sea 10 minutes all around. I advise everyone this hotel.
