Crowne Plaza Adelaide, an IHG Hotel

CBD Adelaide|0.79km from Rangelands Plaza
We stayed in this hotel for a week during July and overall had a good experience. We found the hotel was very well located for our needs, notably a hire car outlet across the road, the travelers clinic (for PCR testing) 2 minutes down the road and many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The room we were ultimately stayed was on the 20th floor which provided a great view of the foothills of the city. The room was smallish, but was clean, modern and well appointed with all the features one would expect in a hotel of this price range. We had a couple of issues with check-in because we had inadvertently booked a ”king accessible” room which is for persons of limited mobility, which we did not need. We were offered a change if we paid an extra AUD 20 per night which we refused and so then we were given a free ”upgrade” (as it was explained to us) to a room on a lower floor which turned out to have a door adjoining it to the room next door. We could hear everything that was going on in that room and so after 5 minutes we were back at reception asking for a quiet room. Dealing with a different check-in person we were given a nice quiet room on the 20th floor. My main advice from this experience is do not accept a room with an adjoining door, the sound proofing is terrible. Aside from this initial check in issue our stay was hassle free and very enjoyable. We would certainly consider staying here again when next we visit Adelaide.

This time to send my daughter to school, I chose a hotel near the school. Hotel location is ok, only 15 minutes walk to downtown business center, opposite to the park, nothing to run. Hotel facilities are relatively simple, but at this price, the price is also very good, in general it is a good choice

The hotel seems to have just been opened two years ago, and the decoration is very new and modern. The sound insulation is not very good, people passing by the door can be heard very clearly. I didn't have time to experience the swimming pool and gym, so I don't know how it was. The service at the front desk is very friendly. Overall, the price/performance ratio is the best choice.

Right next to the University of Adelaide, great location! The room is very large, including a living room, a dining room and a large bed room. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils (pots and pans, induction cooker, microwave, refrigerator and oven, etc.). Note that toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers must be brought by yourself. There is no breakfast, and the overall is very good. Recommended!

The big bed and the girl slept very spacious and it was safer. There was no card. I could n’t get in. The service staff opened the door to get in. We returned late from the day when the oil was racked up. We checked out the next morning. Ibis, which was not used for the previous two days, did not have this. It is cost-effective and quiet. It is also close to the central market. Next time I will choose this picture. Next time a customer stays in a hotel, take a picture and upload it

The location is on Kent Street, twenty minutes walk from the city center. The new apartment is quite clean. The street nearby is very quiet and there are not many people. The mall is a bit far away. There are several restaurants downstairs that have been lively since Thursday, usually only breakfast. The glass shelf where the toiletries are placed in the bathroom is just above the waist. This design is not good and it is dangerous, and it is easy to touch if the bathing station is unstable. The shower is only overhead, which is not convenient for ladies. A clothes dryer and washing machine are integrated. Dishwashers with pots and pans are considered complete. Limited to four, more than four people is not enough. Check out at ten is too early
