Motel 6 Addison, TX - Dallas

Was pretty spacious and location was quiet and was excellent for a travel to Dallas.

Slightly better from my last stay.... Yet still could use improvement.. more of security presence would be good..

I stay here when im in Dallas for business. To be honest its hit or miss. I know roaches are a thing but I dont like them I dont want to sleep with them so I normally bring my own single air mattress and pillow. Environment is safe and quiet and the location is good however if there was no bugs this location would be A1

The cleaners need to be sacked. I had seen 'stands if hair' reviews and was hoping it had been identified and taken care of. There were strands of female hair literally everywhere in the room. The cleaners need to be queried!

It’s a motel 6 and for the price it’s just what you pay for. The bathroom door wasn’t really a door. It’s just a two door swing open and it didn’t really close since you can see thru the middle. The first room I got the lock didn’t lock. And the room smelled of cigarettes. It’s outdated and dingy. I just needed a place for the night and check in and checkout was easy.

So these people who run this place are the absolute worst. No customer service at all. I stayed here 13 nights and on the 14th day at 9am they call me and tell me I have to check out by 11 that day. I asked why they said it’s policy. I asked where it was printed at they said it wasn’t. They are basically keeping from paying me my taxes back. They won’t do anything to help their paying customers. I won’t be back that’s for sure.

The room was not cleaned very well it was something sticky on the floor and the door has not type of insulation bugs were coming in the room the room was really muggy because of the door not being properly insulated. I wouldn't recommend this motel 6 to anyone for more than a night the water pressure is terrible the water takes forever to get warm or hot I won't be visiting this motel 6 in the near future

The room itself was fine, but in the middle of the night, I was twice awakened by someone banging on my door. I definitely didn't feel safe after that encounter. I think I will pass on staying at this Motel 6 again.
