I stayed at the hotel for 2 days and really enjoyed my stay. As it was my first time in Addis, I found their airport pick up very convenient. The hotel has great location as it is in the heart of the city. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The hotel staff are warm and friendly. Food is great, with buffet option in the afternoon. I liked the heated swimming pool, steam and sauna, which are all free for guests. Great value for money. I was able to pay for accommodation and meals using by Visa card. I will definitely come back.

We have found excellent treatment by the entire team at the hotel. Only there are some people in the restaurant who do not respond to our requests except for the person who is called Teddy. He is a very wonderful person, and he was the one who helped us with everything. He is really a special person. Also, we will not forget what the two people gave us, Nati, the hotel manager, and Teddy, the room manager. It can be seen that this is a historic hotel, can see the glory of the year, and now the facilities are relatively old. If the high-rise building is better, the living quarters, the environment and facilities will be much worse. The breakfast was very rich and it was delicious. Dinner buffet, no drinks, price 40 dollars, not much stuff, no breakfast rich. In the hotel lobby, there is a place to drink traditional Ethiopian coffee, there are many shops on the first floor, the hotel has complete fitness facilities, gym, tennis, basketball, and many other venues. A lot of people outside come to work out.

Best location, best staff. I love how the hotel staff always keeping the hotel clean. I really appreciate the location and the staff. I strongly recommend this place to anyone coming to Addis Ababa. Price is awesome, and foods is very delicious. The environment is very quiet, and safe. Shopping area near by. Traditional food, restaurants close by. Also, many embassy near by. Lots of good shopping stores close to the hotel. In general is the best location for everything. I travel all the way from Canada, but I will definitely look forward in the future to stay in this location. Hotel is located in a bit of a quiet area. Staff is really friendly and they clean your room on daily base. WiFi connection is really good!! Restaurant is good and very flexible. They cook the dish you would like to eat! Some things that might be improved: locker and a refrigerator on the room would be nice. Also shower was a bit broken but was nice warm water to use!

Made to feel welcome by the helpful reception staff. Rooms and beds were very comfortable and plenty of hot water and tea making facilities in the rooms. Do take earplugs if you are a light sleeper as local dogs do bark during the night. Good variety of food for breakfast and the omelettes were great. Evening meal service was slow as short of staff, although we were informed as we went in for dinner. The food was ok but not brilliant. We didn't use the spa or gym but they did look good. Overall, a good stay in Addis Ababa and very close to the airport.

This run down place does not even deserve a single star. I paid for 7 nights and left the hotel after 1 single night not even asking for a refund! The dirtiest, most derelict hotel i've ever been to in Addis Ababa. I almost electrocuted myself when i tried to take a bath. I opened the water taps and water started bursting from every hole and the floor was flooded in a few seconds. Closed the taps when i realized the water had already inundated the bedroom. Tried to get out the tab and DANGER realized that a plugged electricity socket was literally at floor level and water almost reached it ! I waited for the water to drain, throw 2 towels on the floor and jump out of the bathroom stepping on those dry towels. I left the hotel immediately and even thought of calling the police. The hotel is a big scam.
