Niagara Hotel Reviews

The hotel has spacious rooms, sofas, wardrobes, and a desk. The bed is good and well-dressed, but the blankets and pillow covers don't smell fresh. The air conditioning is not strong due to the large room size. There is a small fridge that was not even turned on when I was taken into the room. Basically, there is no drinking water for you as a guest. There is a TV and a decoder, but they are just on the wall; there are no TV or decoder channels. I spent the night without any entertainment. I called the receptionist the next morning before the gentleman restored the decoder by scanning it to get a channel. The washroom is not clean, and the drainage takes time after washing. There is boiler mounted but no warm water to shower. The shower too is high , not adjustable and water passes the shower glasses which wet the toilet seat area. The danger and hazard I noticed are the aluminum plates at the staircase edges; all of them are badly damaged and pose a possibility of causing injury while walking on such stairs. It was nice experience to stay at this hotel. They are renovating at the moment and the overall facilities are old. Staffs are kind and restaurant staffs are quick to serve foods. Location is good but the overall facilities are too old to feel comfortable.

The location is excellent

Welcoming, friendly staff. Clean room, nice king size bed for a good night stay. Only issue was the Air Con made a disturbing noise during the night when switching off and on automatically with the change of the temperature condition in the room.

Awesome stay

The location of this hotel is quite good, but their faucets and shower heads are leaking electricity. If you don't want to be shocked, it's best not to stay here. Overall, it is not worth recommending.
