"The hotel is great , facilities, hostels, but as we don't have beach every day we move on your truck to the Palaya Club, it's great are 10m in truck and you are on the beach with all the services of the Hotel.....for not... there was our problem The beach club shoppers did not listen to us, for 4 times my husband had to stop and go to the bar and come loading food and drink, we called them up to more than 6 times , they said if yes and never arrived anyone to take our order.
