Äußerlich ein wenig vernachlässigt, aber innerhalb des Hotelraums alles akzeptabel. Was fehlte war ein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Ich musste mein Insulin unten an der Rezeption zum Kühlen abgeben. Aber dort war man sehr freundlich., Am Donnerstag gab es beim Frühstück Buffet. Das fiel aber sehr, sehr bescheiden aus und war das Geld nicht wert. An den anderen Tagen war das Frühstück ok. Der Zimmersafe war ohne Schloß und total verrostet. Aber wer keinen braucht, für den ist das kein Problem.

Place was good overall , they do need to work on floor tile and AC’s are bad. I couldn’t sleep all night due to it. I notify front desk but I was ignored.

Clean Room, Excellent Staff, Clean Pools. Even this Hotel is still being re-constructed from OTIS HURRICANE, Staff is very kind. Rooms not 5 stars but very clean.

When going for check in the staff was unpleasant and the wait time was very long. The room was neglected. Bed sheets were very dirty. In the shower, previous visitors left their used soap and were never removed by the staff when preparing the room. There were more than two soaps on the shower wall. I slept without covering because the bed sheets were stained and smelled really bad.
