A true palace with excellent service. The restaurants and breakfast are superb, and the beach and pools are very lovely! Everything was top-notch!

I booked a package that explicitly advertised a room upgrade opportunity. When I noticed that no upgrade had been provided, I asked about it at the front desk. I was immediately told that upgrades were “subject to availability” and it is unavailable... After I pointed out that Abu Dhabi hotels are nowhere near full at the moment, she still said it is nearly full because it's weekend. Well lets check out the 'full occupancy' photos i attached.... :) Only after I firmly pushed back did she reluctantly offer an alternative, a garden-view room. Since I wasn't interested in a garden view, I requested what should have been my original category preference: an unblocked city view. The alternative she eventually offered was a higher-floor, but with a twin room with even more side-facing view. Having no better option, I accepted it and ended up spending my honeymoon in a twin-bed room. If the hotel is unwilling to provide upgrades, then it should stop promoting packages that create expectations in the first place. There were several other shortcomings on the part of the front desk and the guest relations, but I will leave them out of this review. What ultimately saved this stay and turned it into a memorable experience were Umar, who warmly introduced us to the room, and John from the Butler Department, whose kindness and genuine care left a lasting impression. These two gentlemen genuinely understand what true hospitality means and are among the brightest representatives of Emirates Palace. The hotel management should recognize and take good care of them, because they are the people who make guests want to return.

Amazing property, amazing service

Overall, the property is undeniably impressive in scale and architectural presence. The quality of materials and finishing throughout the resort is evident, and it is clear that significant investment has gone into creating a luxurious physical environment. The hardware standard is strong and well maintained. That said, while the resort is expansive, the overall range of facilities and experiential elements did not feel as extensive or surprising as I had initially imagined. Given the positioning and reputation of the property, there is perhaps an opportunity to introduce more distinctive or memorable touchpoints that elevate the sense of discovery and excitement for guests. On a very positive note, the restaurant service team stood out in a wonderful way. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism genuinely enhanced the stay. It is often the human element that leaves the strongest impression, and in this regard, your F&B colleagues did an excellent job. With the strong foundation already in place — both in terms of infrastructure and service culture — I believe there is great potential to further refine the guest journey and create even more memorable moments.

Wow, this place truly lives up to all the lavish fantasies, and it's well worth the price. In the sunlight, there's the serene calm of Muslim culture, and by night, a wildness that sheds all pretense. Definitely worth a return visit.

The environment and service here are excellent, truly top-notch. Responses are quick and efficient. The Chinese lady at the front desk was also incredibly nice and patient. The breakfast at the hotel's executive lounge is great and highly recommended. They even provided ***** New Year gifts for Chinese guests, which was a very thoughtful touch.

Great service with the Luxury room and our family enjoy to stay here in one night, especially my child love the huge swimming pool which is never seen in Asia.

The best location - particularly loved the beach and the sand & koal beach restaurant which served amazing grilled fish in an incredible atmosphere

Overall, a very mediocre experience. The room assigned to me was on the west side, right above a construction site, which made getting to the beach inconvenient as I had to walk all the way around to the east side. The lobby was constantly bustling with groups of tourists during the day. The minibar cabinet was full, but only coffee and tea were complimentary; there was no price list for anything else. They even came to check the minibar before I had even checked out at noon. There were no special discounts for guests dining in the restaurant. Both during check-in and check-out, I wasn't informed about the extra bed charges, nor was I given a receipt. On the positive side, the security and housekeeping staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, which was a plus. Overall, I don't think it was worth the price.

The environment was quite poor. The hotel allows anyone to visit, and tour groups are constantly being brought in by the busload, which really impacted our stay. We booked a family connecting room, which was small and very basic. They provided a Chinese map and explained things at check-in, but we still got lost easily – the hotel is just too big.

Truly best hotel and hotel service in Abu Dhadi I stay in club room with club service and private beach. This is what what special vacation shoud be.

We booked a sea view room on Ctrip..com. When we checked in, we were told that we needed to add more than 200 Australian dollars. The reason was that trip.com did not have their housing resources. trip.com placed an order through *******. At that time, I was confused. When we arrived at the room, what made us cooler was that it was not a sea view room at all. From the balcony of the room Looking out is someone else's room, looking down is a garden, looking at the sea view, you can only tilt your head to look at it. After that, we went to the front desk to negotiate again, and then settled the payment of the room price originally booked by trip.com. I think this happened because of the dishonesty of the front desk staff. I hope the leader of this hotel will deal with this matter, and don’t let such incidents happen again.

We are very dissatisfied with the hotel management's attitude toward us. I and my 12-year-old child were taken off the flight due to a bombing near Dubai Airport; I then returned to the Emirates Palace Mandarin hotel, where I am a regular customer, and stayed from February 20 to February 28. The reception team rejected my free stay, which had been declared by the Abu Dhabi government, and forced me to pay; then they said, "Yes, as per the Department of Culture and Tourism of Abu Dhabi, we can cover your stay." So they first forced me to pay, then said it could be covered, but management has now rejected all compensation. This is ridiculous; I never expected such treatment from such a prestigious hotel towards their loyal customers.So now we pay for our stay from 28 of February until 8 of March, hope we can fly sooner. This was horrible experience, every day almost bombing around hotel and even that they didn’t support their customers
