It’s a industrial area so there’s nothing to enjoy. And there’s a sandstorm. But I enjoyed the fitness center I can do my workout, also the hotel staff are attentive and kind

Neat place for quick business trips.

Very satisfied, quiet, clean and tidy; the soft and hard facilities are relatively new. There are restaurants, small shops and fruit shops downstairs. It is suitable for short-term business trips ~ not far from the Grand Mosque

The hotel is located somewhat away from the main city center. The room was spacious and clean. The staff is friendly.

This is my second stay at the Gravity hotel this year for business, It was so good the first time I asked my company to use it in future, It is conveniently located in the commercial area and near to the industrial area. The staff are excellent, always friendly and have a smile, my cleaner Zakit Fuad provided an excellent service and ensured my room was cleaned to a very high standard every day, The staff at Breakfast time always remembered my order and again the service was excellent. The rooms are very clean and the hotel well maintained throughout, thanks for anther lovely stay

Loacation great Difc right behind the hotel Staff is excellent Housekeeping is great Restaurant management is over accommodating Front desk manager makes things happen Highly highly recommended I stayed for two months and will be back again

Had a nice stay at Hotel. Room is spacious enough for one person. Maintenance(cleaning) service and staff were courteous and did the service nicely. Front office staff were very helpful and courteous. Very nice gym and other facilities. Overall it was great experience. I had little trouble with room entertainment systems(TV) which does not provide much channel options for international travelers. Since it is an old system and not having apps and also not able to connect to mobile so that I can watch Netflix, Amazon prime etc. I believe it is time to upgrade those.

Wonderful staff. So friendly!

Nice staff. The place is clean and functional. It is close to some restaurants/store if you need to buy basic stuff. There’s also a tea shop that I frequented around the area if you’re into that. Small request such as asking for a spoon & fork was not accommodated. I haven’t called for anything and that small request was not even granted.

Every day and every night someone upstairs and downstairs knock many times.I was scared several times and I can not sleep well every night. It is not a good place to stay. Not good,not recommend.
