Remember to book the Palace View room type! The view is absolutely stunning! You can overlook the Presidential Palace and the Emirates Palace Hotel. Since December 2nd was Abu Dhabi's National Day, I even got to watch a free fireworks display!

It was one of the best services I have experienced. Want to mention Ranjan Singh for going extra miles to make us comfortable.

Fantastic view with a big size room

Such a fabulous hotel, from the start we were warmly welcomed into the hotel, the frontline staff were also very helpful informing us about the Grand Hyatt app and opportunity to receive discounts at any restaurants at the hotel. Immaculate rooms with stunning views, excellent choice of food for breakfast especially as we were vegetarian, nothing was too much for the staff, they really went out of there way to make our stay special. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant Verso, unfortunately most of the pastas contained egg, so I asked if they could mix the pasta with the sauce I wanted, they simply just reinvented a new dish for me which was so tasty I came back for more. However what truly made this hotel stand out was their service, especially the concierge team. Bikram is such an asset to your team. Whenever asking for what to do and where to go even for food nothing was too much for him. He even went as far as to book the tickets on our behalf for an attraction. Always a smiling face and this accompanied with an iPad that had such a wealth of information was a real breathe of fresh air for us, such good service is rare, so please extend our sincere thanks to him. Overall a beautiful hotel with world class service. We will be back again!

A very nice hotel with a great view from the room, it’s close to a couple of tourism location.

The hotel’s room air conditioning was a major disappointment, consistently stuck at 24°C above, making the room uncomfortably warm. Despite maintenance attempts, the issue persisted, affecting my sleep and overall stay. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected better temperature control and ventilation solutions. This significantly dampened my experience, which was otherwise promising.

I would like to commend the staff at Grand Hyatt Dubai for their outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, the warm and friendly welcome made me feel at home. The professionalism and flexibility of the staff left a very positive impression on me. The view and comfort of the room were pleasantly surprising, with an unbeatable view of the sea and ample space that made it very comfortable! Location is Additionally, I have a small suggestion regarding the hotel’s takeout service. Currently, guests need to go to the lobby to collect their orders, which can be inconvenient after a long day or during a quiet night. I would recommend considering the introduction of delivery robots to bring takeout directly to guests’ rooms. Love this hotel very much!!

Best hotel we've stayed. The breakfast was amazing. The price we paid was great for this 5 star hotel. It was early September we stayed there. Could be a lot more expansive in peak season. Very happy.

The reception staff were very bad, the rooms were old, and there was a delay in taking the items. The manager on duty was also bad in his dealings.

Excellent stay for my 1st time Abu Dhabi trip. Unbeatable balcony view, very spacey room, reasonable price during peak travel period , plus staffs are super friendly as well.
