Hotel Tiama
4.5/562 Reviews
I recently spent one month in Abidjan for work and stayed at Tiama. It was a fantastic stay! Comfortable rooms with different sized pillows so you can find the one that is perfect for you. Always had hot water, working AC and the wifi was constant, thank goodness! The buffet breakfast had everything and then some and the masterful piano player added a peaceful vibe as you started the day. Room service was expensive but prompt and the food good. I used the gym regularly. Yes, it's small but it has the basics: a couple treads, bikes, a rower, free weights and mats. I usually had it to myself. The view from the gym was fab. The staff everywhere from the dining room to housekeeping were fantastic. I initially had a room overlooking the pool but found it a bit loud so I moved to a different room. The neighborhood, Plateau, is essentially a business district so pretty dead in the evenings and weekends but there are a few restaurants in the area and a supermarket a few blocks up the road that has everything you might need.
Onomo Hotel Abidjan
3.2/529 Reviews
I had to spend a night's stopover in Abidjan and I chose ONOMO for its proximity but the catastrophic customer experience means I won't do it again. The driver who was supposed to pick me up was quietly going about his business in the airport. I had to borrow a phone to call the hotel. They told me to go to the parking lot and that the van is there. On site, I don't see the Driver either. A real hassle. I arrive at reception, I explain my adventures to the front office, they didn't even calculate me. They barely wanted to tell me to stop being smart. A lady with colored dreadlocks almost glared at me with a contemptuous and shocking look. Let's not talk about the bedroom. Luckily I only spent one night there. Next time, even for half a night, I won't come because if you're still working it's thanks to our customers, otherwise you'll be unemployed for a long time. You should bend over backwards for our comfort and well-being. That’s the customer spirit! Apologizing for an inconvenience caused to a customer is the least you can do in the hotel industry.
Sofitel Abidjan Hotel Ivoire

The environment is very good, many choices for breakfast, fresh ingredients and even better dinner! Authentic French cuisine is not expensive! The service was satisfactory, and the staff arrived to solve the problem in a few minutes. The hotel I will choose every time!
Bnb Hotel Spa

The reception is good but the rest leaves to desire since 14h no wifi water flowing from the hill nobody comes when he is warned it is a little abused it takes care of us at 21h more I had made a special request either saying honour the message was not sent so nothing was done services are no swimming pool iced jaccuzi like this really small suite is not elegant for a suite at the view of the hotel and its price you don't expect this especially for a month honey I was very disappointed the pipeline that makes abominable bouquet the restaurant I ordered a purée it was purée heating without taste the beef brows I asked bleeding it was good but it is harched cooked I don't recommend that Hotel experience very disappointing despite the pleasant staff I think if you want to do too much it doesn't get out and so the hotel service takes a sacred seminar wedding hotel should know if you are a hotel stay a concentrated hotel you on one and only thing that will allow the customer to feel comfortable and listen and especially want to come back I think for a hotel it is essential to act like this you lost 2 customers who wanted to spend a pleasant night We haven't even been massageing to want everything to do at the end you do nothing and you lose money.
Radisson Blu Abidjan Airport

During my stay at Radisson I was treated fairly with no issues. I will recommend Radisson to anyone. My experience at the bar/restaurant was awesome with amazing assistance from one of your employees Balla Muhamed .
Pullman Abidjan
4.1/567 Reviews
This is the hotel with the richest breakfast in the hotel I stayed in during my trip to Africa. The lobby and bar, and the reception room are simple, modern and comfortable. It is comfortable to sit and meet guests at will. There is a big river outside the floor-to-ceiling windows of the room. , I scored full marks overall, of course, the house price is a bit expensive, and it’s a pity that the domestic credit card cannot be used.
