Come to celebrate my sister in law birthday, we had a 2 hour spa pass, facial, overnight stay and evening meal and breakfast. Lovely helpful staff at hotel and spa, the facial was amazing. Food was tasty, hot, plenty of choice, serving staff attentive. Really enjoyable stay in a tranquil, beautiful location

We went for a special weekend! After getting a Groupon voucher we went hopeful of a half decent stay and were very pleasantly surprised with such a great team of staff and a well updated spa and hotel. Finding it was a bit tricky as the sign was difficult to see but once there we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our offer included evening meal , use of the spa and breakfast. All were great and I happened to have the spa to myself which was a bonus and so relaxing. The meal was really nice with the beetroot ravioli being a standout for me. Breakfast was very tasty too! But overall the staff were so pleasant and helpful. A great find , and being near Conwy it made a lovely weekend of scenery and relaxing. Thanks and hope to return.

Hotel rooms are dated and over-priced for the standard of them. Food in the Brasserie was average but the restaurant lacks atmosphere. Drinks in the bar were expensive. The spa was nice but if you don't book treatments you cannot access the tranquility suite and there are only a few chairs to sit which quickly get taken. Jess on reception, the lady who looks after the Terrace bar and the girls serving us breakfast are a credit to the hotel

Had a lovely spa break at the Kinmel&Kinspa. The food was excellent, the room was very clean and all the staff were polite and very helpful. Second time we stayed and would definately stay again

I was treated to a beautiful birthday surprise from my husband. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. The lovely receptionist welcomed us warmly. We had a wonderful time using the spa facilities. We then had the most amazing neck, shoulder and back massage. I can’t express how wonderfully we were treated. We then went for an amazing lunch at the Terrace Restaurant. Thank you all for a truly wonderful and memorable birthday treat.

On arrival pleased with venue, staff & grounds. Relaxing coffee in the sun then 2 hours in spa. Enjoyable meal in Brassiere Paid for extras as table Or so I thought !!!! On checkout was informed I had extras to pay for. I mentioned I had paid night before Reception agreed we left after an enjoyable stay. 3 phone calls on my mobile from unknown number to me so did not answer Looked at number once home it was the venue Returned the call they tell me Poor I had left without paying a bill in the restaurant. Won't go into anymore details. But safe to say there will never be another visit due to the way this issue has been handled
