Comfortable and clean room. Efficient staff at reception.

Spent 3 nights here, and was completely satisfied with the experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was extremely convenient. Yes, the outside of the building looks like it needs cleaning up, and the room only had one chair - which was strange since it had, in addition to the double bed, two completely unnecessary single beds, which meant that there was not much spare space in the room. However, we only paid £35 per night, so it was extremely good value.

Could be so much better with a little bit of tlc. Always ask for a quiet room away from lift and preferable not overlooking main road. I tried calling the hotel the day before several times and could not get through. Appreciate this is a request which I couldn’t place but we ended up over looking onto the main road with a window that would not close properly resulting in unnecessary noise during the night and also having to have the heating on all night. We arrived pretty late after 3 hr drive and only realised this when in bed so really couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of possibly moving despite being informed they were full.!!!! Breakfast was probably the worst we have experienced unfortunately Under cooked black pudding Cheapest of cheap sausages Lumps of bacon mangled together Layout of cooked breakfast area not thought about and having to have lids off and on with no place to put lids especially when there is a queue.. little bit more thought the process is all is needed. The room itself was fine and as per the usual standard expected. After staying at the best premier inn we have stayed the weekend before this was underwhelming

Very typical Premier Inn located not far out of Aberdeen. Large car park, reception area and adjoining food restaurant. Room was exactly as I expected, was a little cold and didn’t feel it heated up very well, for the price paid and expectation it was as expected

Had room on 2nd floor and didnt sleep for 2 nights due to noise from the corridor doors closing, the corridor floor is exceptionally creaky and you can hear every footfall. There are even signs up asking people to TipToe!! The corridor and rooms at the end all stink! The room was dirty and water damaged, the bathroom fittings/boarding are falling apart, stained and all the sealant is knackered. The taps leak, and not all the lights work. Open fuse box with no cover also. On a positive note the Staff are very friendly!! Also the associated pub/restaurant next door is very good. Certainly not the same experience that Lenny Henry got in the adverts!! Minor detail also is that if you want your room made up u must inform reception but they dont tell u this at checkin and i assumed it wud be like other hotels where u wud ask NOT to make up if thats what u wanted.

One of the best carvery meals I have had for a long time. Very reasonably priced at £14.50. Beautifully tender meat. Lovely homecooked veg. Great friendly service. All in a nicely refurbished restaurant. Highly recommended. Ideal central Westhill location.

We have used this hotel over the last four months as a base while having treatments at the ARI. We have stayed in an accessible wet room during these stays. The hotel is typical Premier Inn, well used but good. The staff have been extremely helpful on all visits and we are going again in February.

While the room is the same style as most Premier Inns, the quality was poor and tired. The bathroom fan runs all night on low and never goes off. The smoke detector flashes a white light every minute or so and is bright enough to light up the bed once your eyes are accustomed to the dark. The floorboards above are extremely squeaky and when two massive lumps are walking around from 10pm until 2am it gets on your nerves. And when they eventually lumber into bed they have to get up 3 - 4 times a night and insist on flushing the toilet each time. Considering there is no sound insulation between floors it sounds like Niagra just entered the room ... then of course the waddle to the bed on squeaky floors again ... maybe just drop the phone for the tenth time too, just for good measure! The food in the attached pub / restaurant is pretty good and service was excellent. Such a shame the attached hotel needs a load of money spent on it. And saying Wi-Fi is free and then demanding that you give a bunch of info for marketing is a bit of a joke. Wi-Fi isn't free if you need to give up so much info. Email address and name fine, but this was taking the pi ....

I stay at this hotel twice a year when I'm in the area on business. The rooms are always clean, staff are friendly and the restaurant attached to the hotel has a great menu, with plenty of choices (for me anyway).
