Ardoe House Hotel & Spa

The stay was really good and the rooms were luxurious as shown in the images. Totally met my expectations in terms of location, service and food. We stayed here just for a night but felt amazing about the entire experience. The staff is really good and helpful and available all the time when you need them. Will definitely book this place next time whenever I am travelling up North.

Very lovely hotel, the room was very spacious and the onsite gym, spa and pool were excellent. The food was incredible

Great stay, evening food and breakfast was brilliant. Room was warm due to the heatwave but can’t expecting a hotel in Aberdeen to be prepared for that 😂

We had a lovely stay,were with friends for a belated birthday, food was good & the bed was super comfy.

On pulling back the sheets a pair of ladies briefs was discovered in the bed. Suggests the bed was not changed from previous guests. Reception was not apologetic and did not rectify or compensate. Very poor. It took an hour to check out because reception claimed we had not paid It tried to contact yourselves and could not resolve. I had evidence that I had paid yourselves. Complete waste of my tine and very inconvenient! I do not know whether it was Trip.com or Hotel to blame. I will not use hotel or trip.com again

Great staff, smashing location and building. I didn't eat there except for breakfast, which was fine with lots of options.

Pleasant reception staff for checking in The room was spotless with coffee making . The breakfast was excellent would recommend

Room was spacious and facilities provided also excellent. Only location a bit far from town.
