Brentwood Villa Bed and Breakfast

Mary and Steven were so accommodating and kind. They let me check in early, surprised me with an upgraded room, and the breakfast was lovely - I had a choice on time and food, and it was prepared for me, which was so sweet. It’s on a somewhat busy road out of the city centre, but the night was quiet. There are bus stops (and a Tesco) nearby. Everything was clean and homely. Would absolutely recommend.

The boss is very nice, the breakfast is delicious, the room and house are very comfortable, and near the university of Aberdeen, a mid-century built campus, terrific .

Really nice Chinese couple running this place. The breakfast was good enough and the room was well thought through - with a load of coathangers and a multipoint extension lead just next to the bed. It would be a good idea to take your own shampoo/shower gel though. Quiet place. I went over a weekend, so was able to park outside on the road: the facilities appeared to include free parking when I booked, but I didn't see a car park. I would stay there again.

Very nice home and property. Great value. Seems like an excellent location for visiting Aberdeen. Hosts were great. Parking was easy (and free). Only one minor issue. Our room was in the front of the house which is on a very busy street. So with our window open (it was unseasonably warm during our trip) there was quite a bit of traffic noise.

This was a lovely wee family-run hotel that is extremely well located for the University of Aberdeen and some of the historic sites in that area. I rented the single bedroom with ensuite toilet and shower, which was very good for solo-traveller. The bed was nice and comfy and the room had a small table and plenty of storage for clothes. There was also a small ironing board and hair-dryer. The shower was nice and hot, with good strong water pressure, so ideal. The cooked breakfasts were delicious! Especially the cheese omelette. Steven the owner was super nice.
