It’s homeless shelter for people a lot of people on alcohol and drug’s staying there can’t sleep very loud noises dirty carpet windows don’t close no tissue no batteries in remote ceiling so low had to put my head down also can hear mice at night bathroom very dirty never again

Oh my goodness. Do not spend your money or time there. Where do I start from ? The sign post for the hotel was misleading and difficult to locate. The hotel is best described as “ a slum in India “. Very mouldy carpets which stunk to the high heaven’s. Outdated and tacky room furnishings. The bed was awful. The mattress lacked firmness and felt more like it’s been used since time immemorial. The staff at the front desk were nonchalant and unperturbed about my concerns about the hotel’s many issues . That hotel must be closed down for health and safety reasons

I would not put this hotel forward for anyone i know to stay as it is not fit for purpose. Change policies but do not update on website.

First room I was given the code to their was somebody occupying the room . Poor customer service . In the end I didn’t stay there

No lift wouldn't be suitable for anyone with health issues or disability problems many stairs inside and outside
Could do with refurbishment in bedrooms as they are of poor standard

Nice place to stay.
Very comfortable and spacious room. The shower was amazing. Good intenet and tv. Walking distance to the busy section of Aberdeen, yet a quiet area. Towel warmer in the bathroom. I did like the electronic locks on the doors, no need to worry about losing a key. The staff were helpful and friendly. Only complaint would be is that breakfast was listed as starting at 8, but nothing was ready, so we were not able to partake.
