Overall a poor experience. Customer service. Most of the staff are nice and friendly and have the bula spirit, however our stay was tainted by some unfriendly staff at the main restaurant by the pool, which some of the staff don’t want to help providing baby chair and just forgot about the requests after all. The restaurant staff just simply looks very unhappy or tired for some reasons. We have met some very friendly face and lovely staff, but it was unfortunate the restaurant customer service is consistently horrible. Front desk staff shows don’t show the same level of hospitality as to other hotels we stay in Fiji. Room: It’s showing it’s aged but the view is fantastic and room is well equipped and spacious, it suits well for family with a plan to cook. We notified the staff that two of the pendant lights aren’t working on day one. Yet nothing is fixed until check out. Food: We try buffet breakfast and dinners at the main restaurant and also take away from the red Buddha restaurant. Breakfast is pretty standard and average considering it’s Hilton, we stay at many Hilton hotels before, the food is one of the worst experience we had, in particular the buffet dinner, choices are very limited, it’s pretty much just a corner of food , pretty subpar comparing to Sofitel or Sheraton. Overall. With similar price it is hard to recommend this hotel to family especially with kids, the staff seems to have too much trouble to handle the demand of young kids and didn’t stand up to the great Hilton branding which is a bit of a shame. Rooms got beautiful view, foods aren’t great. The only bright spot would be the spacious hotel room.

We were lucky enough to experience the Adults Only Waitui Beach Club Package which gave us a little bit more luxury of being pampered at the Spa and entry into the more sophisticated Journal Lounge. At the lounge we had daily complimentary high tea which was delightful, Bubbly with Breakfast and delicious complimentary sunset cocktails or Gin and Tonic with a beer for Hubby! The staff in the Executive Lounge went above and beyond with their service, in particular Payal who had such grace and Professionalism, Kara with her infectious laugh and Agnes who was a delight with her quiet demeanor. Mili, Loyalty Supervisor, thank you for checking with us that our stay was meeting our expectation (which it was) and giving us an insight on how the resort was travelling since Covid. Waitui Beach Club Grill...you cook an excellent steak and your staff's recommendation of the fish curry was spot on considering I hadn't tasted one before. Thank you to your staff who always made us feel welcome, especially Vau who always remembered our names throughout our stay! A big thank you to Claire too for indulging me with some French conversation which I remembered from my school days! Finally, thank you to Solo for your professionalism and friendly nature in both checking us in and out. We ran out of paper to note down more staff but please note you are all exceptional too. SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!!!

Usaia is the best employee here. His unbelievable service made my honeymoon perfect and fantastic. He recommended and taught me lots of information here in Sheraton and Fiji. Actually, we were only one Asian couple, so everything was too new for us, but bying talking with Usaia, he made us feel relaxed and better. On a business trip to Wuhan, the company's budget is very limited, and I chose Genstar on the recommendation of a friend. It is completely beyond expectation, and the price of more than 300 is too cost-effective to live in this superstar! ! ! The location is superior, you can go out to the bustling business district, Jiqing Street, Nanjing Road, etc., and you can walk there at night to enjoy the down-to-earth nightlife of Wuhan. Full-floor automatic curtains, although in the old city, the surrounding field of vision is wide, and I get up in the morning refreshed. The bed is also very comfortable, just like at home. What a lovely hotel in the middle of the busy streets of Jianghan Road. We were very surprised with the size of thia hotel room. It has a king size bed and 2 single beds. Neds are very comfortable and soft as well. It seems like this is a family room. It was too big for my husband and I but we truly enjoyed this hotel room. We only stayed for two nights and how we wished we stayed longer. The concierge are very helpful too.

The Terraces Just returned again to this wonderful resort with my 2 friends. I can highly recommend this accomodation in either a 1 brm or 2 brm apartment. The apartments are very clean & spacious with all the facilities you need with a kitchen & laundry, with lovely views of either garden or pool & golf course from 1 or 2 of the balconies in the 2 brm apartment. The pool & gardens are highly maintained with plenty of pool loungers. The convenience to Port Denarau is just 5 mins walk away to all the bars & restaurants plus a fully stocked mini mart. All the staff at The Terraces are very friendly & helpful. I’m looking forward to my return again in November.

This was our third trip to Wyndham Denarau & it is just dreamy. The Wyndham team really make this oasis a home away from home. We had such an amazing time & I can’t fault the staff (except for the head chef, see below). Thank you so much to Tila & Sai for their amazing service at the bar/restaurant, & to the wonderful staff at Kids Club/Activities- Sala, Milli, Mila & Rina. The kids had the best time ever- as did we. You are all so good at what you do and I hope you love coming to work everyday because you make everyone smile everyday. I don’t like to complain but this needs to be said... We had planned to go to Sofitel for their renowned buffet as we wanted a memorable family dinner for our last night. But we decided to keep our $$ at Wyndham and spend our last evening with our fav people at our fav resort. Unfortunately the Beach Shack buffet offering was really awful. The new “Head Chef” has no place in a resort such as this- it’s quite embarrassing for Wyndham. He grumpily loitered around the buffet making guests uncomfortable on top of his sub par cuisine. Bring back a Fijian chef who knows what they’re doing. Or any chef who actually knows what they’re doing. People want to spend money at their own resort rather than going elsewhere but I overheard other tables complaining about the buffet food so I’m guessing you won’t keep guests eating at Wyndham. Our other resort friends complained about the menu by the pool also and said how it has really gone downhill. If you want good food, go to Nadina at the Port, or Sadiq’s Spicy Kitchen - there’s a big sign that says “Local Foods” and a small car wash on Denarau Rd not far from where you go over the bridge to the resorts. Some of the best curry we’ve ever had- and we’ve had a lot of curry. Finally- the Fijian fire show & dancers were great and should’ve been available for all guests to watch on New Years Eve. Most guests gathered by the pool ready to watch a show however it’s my understanding they kept it to the Beach Shack? The NYE entertainment & music was totally lacklustre. We still had a great time because that’s how we roll but it was lucky for the Sheraton fireworks who distracted everyone from the lameness and saved you. Other than that- we miss you already and can’t wait to see you next Christmas!! XOXOX

This is definitely the best girl youth travel I have ever stayed in! ! ! Handmade + Secondary Yuan + Youth Hostel collection can also go to rua cats. The boss and the boss's friends are very good. They distribute snacks as soon as they meet. I know that I want to go to the Valley store and I will really accompany me the next second. I also invited me to eat fried dough sticks. The facilities of this youth hostel are clean and tidy, the beds are soft and comfortable, and the shared area is very spacious. It's really good! awesome! Face towels are provided. This is really what I didn't expect. The owner is really good at talking and really embarrassed to come here. What I like: The room is spacious and clean, and the two double beds are so kind for us traveling with children! Just around the corner from the apartment building is the pedestrian street, which is very convenient for travel and dining! The room was much more spacious than the Home Inn we changed to the next day, and the hygiene was better than that! Facilities: projection screen, two double beds, bathroom (slightly rudimentary, the basin is small and inconvenient, and the wet and dry are not separated), washing machine (not used), small refrigerator (not used), WiFi, and slippers. Hygiene: Very clean, it can be seen that it has been cleaned carefully, and there are no bugs or obvious stains. Environment: The pedestrian street itself is in the old city, and there is a large flow of people. It was raining on the day we arrived, and the streets were dirty and messy. Taxis could not get downstairs. Fortunately, the drop-off point was not far away, and it took a few minutes to walk to the apartment building. It is a mixed-use hotel, so the people going up and downstairs were a bit chaotic. There were two tattoo shops and a nail salon next to the room we stayed in, but we didn't hear any noise when we were in the room, and it was fairly quiet. Because I have two children of my own, I was a little nervous when I saw this kind of environment. I even pulled the clothes hanger to the door to block it before going to bed at night, but it is actually quite safe. I think if there are adult men traveling with me, It should make you feel more at ease. Service: Although it is an unattended apartment, the boss is very enthusiastic. He called me to arrange check-in before I arrived in Wuhan. Before getting the door code, you need to pay a deposit of 200 yuan. At first, I felt it was not used to it and I was afraid of being cheated. Later, a hotel I stayed in on the last day also charged it, so it must be a Wuhan regulation?
