I had chosen a room where I had to take off my shoes because I was traveling with a child, but I was asked to change rooms the day before, so I was a little disappointed. Another upgrade? The breakfast buffet didn't have a tray, so I had to go back and pick it up several times even though I had to keep my kids waiting. There were no cups for children, so I was worried that the Ryukyu glasses would break them. The rooms are clean and have no complaints.

I was very happy to stay at Club Med in Ishigaki Island for four nights! The food is rich, and you can try different flavors of food every meal. The village is full of activities, you can go out for a tour, you can also do yoga in the village, play table tennis, do manual, snorkeling, boating, wind surfing, beach sports, if you have a Chinese-speaking GO, it is even better! The entertainment at night is also very colorful, with different performances and dances. Special thanks to the friendly and welcoming Mapela, Leo, Chacha, Makina! I will go to Club Med again!

I searched for a hotel with a large communal bath and became a candidate, and I decided on a comprehensive look. There is usually a charge for the spa, but when I upgraded the room, there was a plan to freely enter the spa. The customer service of the staff from the time of arrival is very good and they carry your luggage carefully to the room. The room is also gorgeous. There are 5 spas and washing places, and the bathtub is not so big, but it is paid, and it is 0 〜２ person whenever I go. Only dry sauna and cold bath, but before the reception, there is a free service for spa guests with blue seal cup ice cream (taste 4 〜 5 types). Supper is Western and served in ”Ten”. Actually, I didn't expect much dinner, but the high-quality food was a nice miscalculation. There is also a volume, and I think the sauce is especially wonderful. The hotel's original brown sugar butter on the bread is a gem that you can't taste anywhere else. The delicate seasoning dishes that didn't cut out even the dessert were the best. The morning buffet is also very large, all handmade and delicious, and there is a service that brings you １ from 5 * dishes. I chose Egg Benedict and it was very delicious. The French toast served in the live kitchen is a recommended dish. I think EXES's breakfast and dinner level is the top class among hotels in the same price range on the main island and remote islands. It was a wonderful hotel with no mistake in the room, food, customer service and three beats. I would like to visit again if I have a chance to come to Okinawa again.

Very good hotel with complete facilities! The hotel hygiene is also very good! There is a washing machine and kitchen in the room. Nice and modern hotel with big rooms with two seperate (did not find one big bed) beds, big shower room, nespresso coffe, air condition but with uncomfortable quilts in the beds. You got 1000 JPY to buy for at the hotel area if you didnt want cleaning, nice environmental aspect. We stayed here in the first week of jan. The bech was really nice, about 20-22 degrees in the ocean and 23 in the air and very nice staff at the Beach station that offered beach watch/guard and several different ocean activities. The sunset was beautiful and the ocean water so clean. Good sun beds. Free shuttle bus from airport and about 1.500 JPY, 20 min, taxi ride to the small city of Ishigaki. The food was really nice, both breakfast and dinner buffet. The dinner buffet was somewhat expensive. 5500 JPY. Generally very friendly staff and plenty of staff working there The bad aspects that lowers the overall grading down to almost 3/5 was that the pool area and the pool bar was closed even though the weather was nice. Also, 3 out of 5 restaurants was closed giving less options for eating! This was low season, but not reason enough for closing the pool area. The experience would have been so much better with open pool and pool bar. We could get late check out but to a price of 2000 JPY per hour (!), you might have thought that could have been free because of the low season and the low amount of guests. All over the hotel the english translations was limited and another facilty you thought should have existed but didnt was training facilities. Overall a nice place on a really nice location with some important service aspects to improve.

There is a hotel building and a condominium building, and the services are slightly different. I am in the hotel building. Even if you make a reservation without breakfast, you can use it for 2000 yen. From 6:30 in the morning, coffee and water were provided as free drinks until late at night, and smoothies were provided as soon as they were gone in the early morning. The scenery was good, the location was good, and it was good to be able to use the bus to the airport from the immediate vicinity. The front staff was basically there, and the little correspondence was smooth. There is a separate charge for the parking space for rental cars, and it is first come, first served, but it seemed to have a relatively large amount of space. Although it is narrow. Amenities and facilities were good. I'm really glad I decided to come here!

Really loved my stay here. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Have a tourist desk on the first floor which I used to go Scuba Diving and Parasailing. They also can help you get a rental car if you plan to drive around the island. Such a good experience and the lady at the tourist desk is so helpful. Really recommended to people coming to Ishigaki. Was my first time here in Ishigaki so I really loved my stay.

Good location hotel close to the remote island terminal of Ishigaki Island and Euglena Mall. It was clean in a newly built hotel! I am glad that there are many kinds of island soup for breakfast. The room felt like the bed was ３ lined up and spent on it, but the room on the 5 floor was high with a skylight, so I felt a wide 々. It's a little bit of a chira, but you can also see the sea of Ishigaki port. And what I felt was great at this hotel was that the hotel rooms were partitioned by concrete! The sound insulation is outstanding and the sound of the next room is not heard at all! It was a hotel that can be very private!

This was a very pleasant spot. I had a massive room, very well appointed, with a pleasant, shaded veranda and a nice view through trees to the beach (very close!). The pool area had amazing views across to nearby islands. The staff were helpful, but invisible when not needed. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The hotel stayed for the second time this year. It can be an off-season to help us upgrade to the Misaki Museum (new hall), which is the latest in the middle of this year. It is newer than the East Hall and the equipment is good. The location is really convenient. The parking lot can only park more than a dozen cars, and I really hope to increase the parking space.

市役所が移転し周囲にそう高層ビルがあるわけではないが繁華街、町の中心である。 西隣のフクギは鳥居があるから御嶽ではなく神社、南にファミマがあって便利至極。スーパーホテルグループ４番目とかのホテルらしい。経営方針や設備更新の変化対応は大変だったろう。 現在グループの売りである温泉は無い。多分開店当時も八重山では家庭ではシャワーで、浴槽さえも普及していなかったので当然であっただろうか。 今回コロナ対応の最新対策は面倒で、申請が集中したのかうまくいかなかったが、ホテルでステイナビに申請してくれた。 海の眺望にこだわったりいろいろと時間経過を感じたりもするが、石垣島では気楽なホテルとして付き合えそうに思う。 周囲にはいろんな店舗などが存在するようだ。とりわけ出来た頃から知る「やっぱりステーキ」が近いのがいい。

The scenery is good and the service is exhausted. My husband is also very satisfied with the coffee service in the lobby and the ice cream after the bath in the large communal bath. The three restaurants for breakfast and dinner are very delicious. It is a big hotel, but there are two elevators and coin laundry is enough. There is no porter service, and if you only change towels for room cleaning, you can get a ticket for 1,000 yen per night, and the cospa is good. When I asked for a wheelchair rental, the Welfare Council rented it for free, which helped my elderly mother move. I can't swim on the beach, but it doesn't matter because I dive. It was the best hotel that was clean and easy to spend.

It's about a 10-minute walk from downtown, so I think the location is okay. The parking lot is free, and there is a parking lot outside the hotel, so I think it's good for people who use cars. The room was on the city side, but the view was good because it was on the 9th floor. I think it would have been better if it was on the window side. Breakfast was delicious. The main building opens at 6:30 in the morning, but there were already many people when I went there at 6:35. The annex starts at 6:00, which is 30 minutes earlier, but it was only for light meals, so I chose the main building for both days.

Stayed from March 15 to 17, 2022. It is repeated because I stayed in January 2016. This hotel is a short walk to the remote island terminal. You can see the port from the room and see Iriomote Island. The sunset looks beautiful. The 730 intersection is close, so the restaurant is close and convenient. Convenience stores are close. The location of the tiles is outstanding. The room is also comfortable with a tile floor. The veranda is wide and it is pleasant to see the port and the sunset here. The closet is a bit large. The bad thing is that the bathroom mirror was bald. Shampoo is not good. Especially the body soap was bad and I felt stress. Breakfast is small and taste is not good. Blue seal ice cream is free to eat, but it was not delicious because the temperature of the refrigerator was high or all soft and melting. Based on that, I think I will use it again because the location is good.

It was a customer service, location, breakfast and great satisfaction. I could walk to Ishigaki port and downtown, and on the day I used it, I saw fireworks from the window of the room and it was beautiful. The staff were kindly responded to the questions. I could eat breakfast slowly if I shifted my time. It was not free. The parking lot was just one vacant and I was able to stop in the hotel. However, the drainage of the bathtub in the bathroom blows out to the toilet side and smelled and wiped the back cleaning, and I made one star negative. Also, when you go to Ishigaki Island, you will use Bessel Hotel Ishigaki Island.

Thank you for your new year trip. I completely forgot to arrange a car rental, and it was expensive, so eventually I went to Ishigaki Island without a car rental. Take the bus from the airport and get off at maeiri Higashi, and it is a hotel in front of you. It is the next bus stop of interconchi. It was very helpful because it was free of charge for rental cycle ４ hours at the hotel. I was grateful to have been borrowed the day I checked out. I cycled to Fusaki Beach (laughs) The room was refreshing and spacious. It is clean because it is shallow. Breakfast is free. it was quite good though the number of items was small. Pancakes and jam were delicious (∀｀*) You can walk to Maesato Beach, but it's not very clean, and I was a little disappointed. There was a restaurant in walking distance 々, but it's open on New Year's Day. Is it or not? (￣▽￣;) The cost performance was very good. Thank you.

A nice cafe & restaurant that stopped at the return of the Hirakubo Lighthouse at the northernmost end of Ishigaki Island. It was just lunch time, so the seats were full immediately. I couldn't eat outside because it rained. It was out of town, but there was no lunch below 1000 yen because it was ocean view in the tourist spot. I ordered 1,580 yen of Ishigaki beef curry and 1,280 yen of seasonal vegetable pepperoncino. Both sides came with a nice look. There are sliced stone wall beef and a lot of stone wall vegetables, and the curry rice of the vegetable is gentle with the feeling of cafe rice rather than the strength of curry. I got Pepperoncino, but this is more gentle and I put on tapasco. You should not ask for a punch. I think the beach can be seen from the third floor, and there are chairs and beds, and it is a very good place to reflect if it is a sunny day.

We stayed for six nights on a family vacation with a child less than 2 years old. The ocean views from our 5th floor room were outstanding. The summer clouds in the sky reflected the sunset, to make for some of the most beautiful I've ever seen. The ocean swimming area is protected with a net to keep out dangerous aquatic life. The sea water is generally calm enough to let the little one swim with floaties, and the pool was clean and easily accessible. The room itself was nice, not the greatest shower/ bathroom but good for the price and area. The breakfast was decent but the dinner, while still served in the same cafeteria area was fantastic. Extremely high quality, and the sunset view was included. All in all it was an excellent stay. I'll review the marine house tours and renting area separately, because that wasn't nearly as good, but the hotel itself was just great (for it's price, and what it offers).

We stayed at Ishigaki Island for sightseeing. Because it is far from the remote island terminal and bus terminal, access on foot was inconvenient. It was the same to go to convenience stores and meals. As for breakfast, it was not a venue meal from the recent situation, but it was a form of taking the thing that the lunch box was prepared to each room and eating it. At check-in, there was an announcement from 7:00 in the morning, but I think it was good because I wanted to finish early because it was already prepared at about 6:40. It was a double room. The interior of the single was plus with a dining round table and two chairs. The sound of the passage was very good, but it was only until it was quiet to sleep, and it was possible to rest quietly and relax at night☆the cleanliness of the room is perfect, It was a comfortable space (^^) and the length of the bathtub was a little longer, and I think it was good to stretch almost all over.

The first thing that stands out about Lulaliya is its proximity to Ishigaki’s famous Kabira Bay: it’s less than a five minutes’ walk from the landmark, and that alone makes it worthwhile to book. However, it offers so much more! I stayed three nights with a friend, and we found that it was a perfect place to kick up our heels while staying on Ishigaki. The rooms are cozy and well-furnished, and have everything you might want. On the first floor, there is a spacious café/eating area. Here, you can enjoy the house breakfast (for an extra fee), or even buy breakfast from another place (the nearby bakery, for instance) and bring it back. You can also use it in the evening as a lounge if you’d like to hang out, but don’t want to stay in your room. My friend and I ate birthday cake there! Hot water for tea/coffee and cold water for drinking are available around the clock. The proprietor, Aya, is very friendly, has excellent English, and can help you book any tours you may want. She booked us a wonderful all-day snorkeling/kayaking tour, and helped us shape our days on the island. She was a delight to talk to, and could help us hammer out our plans at the drop of a hat. She’ll introduce you to the nearby restaurants and their hours, which is good—every day, there’s at least one place that’s closed, so it’s good to be careful of. The hotel is also very close to the bus stop, which is another bonus: Ishigaki doesn’t have too many buses, but the Kabira Bay hub is one of the ones where more of them come and go from. We found Lulaliya a great base of operations, and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Stayed from March 15 to 17, 2022. It is repeated because I stayed in January 2016. This hotel is a short walk to the remote island terminal. You can see the port from the room and see Iriomote Island. The sunset looks beautiful. The 730 intersection is close, so the restaurant is close and convenient. Convenience stores are close. The location of the tiles is outstanding. The room is also comfortable with a tile floor. The veranda is wide and it is pleasant to see the port and the sunset here. The closet is a bit large. The bad thing is that the bathroom mirror was bald. Shampoo is not good. Especially the body soap was bad and I felt stress. Breakfast is small and taste is not good. Blue seal ice cream is free to eat, but it was not delicious because the temperature of the refrigerator was high or all soft and melting.
