A very efficient check-in service by Ms. Bertha at the receptionist who gave us a lot of information about the hotel facilities and welcomed us with a warm welcome, her security staff was quite helpful with our belongings. This is our fourth visit to Sidoarjo and Sun Hotel is our second home, this time we tried the Deluxe room and the room was quite large, very clean, the facilities in the room were quite complete, especially his bathtub with a warm bath that could wipe out the exhaustion after our long journey. Breakfast at Tessera Coffee shop with a wide variety of local food and there are also a variation in some Continental breakfast menus, Mr. Dhimas General Manager and Mr. Maghfur FB Manager are very friendly with keeping communication with us and some guests who were on breakfast. The staff-staff were friendly and attentive. We could meet our guests at the Verona lobby lounge (next to the lobby area) and enjoyed fresh juices that were very fresh. Thank you to Mr. Dhimas and all staffs The Sun Hotel Sidoarjo, we will always come back if we visit the city of Sidoarjo.
