Great location as its just opposite to kuta beach, great rooftop view during breakfast. The only cons side is my room is 2nd floor facing kuta beach but cant really see the beach view and next to a restaurant that having live band every night till 12am….

The front desk assigned us a room with the smallest window on that floor although still have available rooms. We asked the front desk to change a room but lied to us all rooms are occupied and asked us to upgrade if want a better room, else only can assign us to another room faced to the street and told us live music we will bother us until 9pm. I asked can change room tomorrow, but the front desk said they will checkout after us. Every sentence came out without thinking from the front desk so we insisted to check what is the checking out date of the room next us. Then front desk agree to change the room for us and actually nobody occupied the room. Please rehe**** before lie.

The bungalow was amazing, well designed and with a gorgeous bath tub in a cozy corner. Furniture and the overall look and feel of the room was really nice, wooden made with high ceiling. Bungalows belong to the luxury villas, but there are no common facilities such as swimming pool. Be aware of that when booking. The staff was nice and very helpful. The breakfast is pre-ordered and delivered at your door.

There are mice in the hotel. I opened the door and climbed into the air-conditioning duct. I changed the room with the front desk to the next room. I slept a night and hurriedly changed the hotel, but I have to say that the hotel is still very expensive. The rooms are large

I stayed at Westin for a few days. Due to the cancellation of the return flight, I decided to stay here for two more days. It feels better than Westin. It is full of Balinese atmosphere, the local elements are thicker, and I received an invitation letter from the hotel. The room is also larger than the Westin, the bathroom is wet and dry, the toilet is a separate cabin, and there is an exhaust fan. Drinks in the swimming pool are more expensive than Westin, about forty orange juice. If the front desk gives a tip, the speed and attitude will be greatly improved.

Great hotel overall. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We even extended our stay. Nice facilities, great location, plenty of services and activities available. Nice beach to play with family. Plenty space on the pool. Great for staycation or just for taking a break while exploring Bali. For the rate we paid, it was well worth it.

The location was great and there were restaurants and marts nearby. The 3 swimming pools were clean and well maintained and the service was very good. There are several kinds of breakfasts to choose from, and if you call a taxi, the taxi can enter the resort and you can board immediately.
