This is our second stay at Jambuluwuk Batu. We were at one of the villas and this time at the hotel. The rooms are brighter, maybe newer, and more comfortable than the villas. But if you are with a group, the villas are more suitable as they are more spacious. Thus we hung out at the Club House as it was very relaxing and we could enjoy the beauty of the cool weather. The back door to the terrace couldn't be locked. We were informed by the front office to pull the handle UP (instead of the normal down) and it worked! Learned something new :-). The hotel has better wheelchair access (than the villa) to get in/out as well as to the Club house/dining area but if it rains, a bit hassle as certain areas are not covered. Despite many newer properties in the area, Jambuluwuk Batu is still our best choice: a true resort with the best natural view and surrounding. FromSGD 54

Sudah stayed here several times when visiting the rock. Even though the hose is a few years. But the condition is still good. A little different. his staff is friendly. From booking time to the day of arrival. The booking process is also easy. No requests for DP or full payment. Only confirmation 1 week ago. Things are different from others. FAMILY room is also good. quite big. Clean. Just the warm water is not stable. There can always be hot water because its capacity is not enough for everything. for the breakfast is also good. The menu is quite varied. The only thing that's getting a little bit about eggs, a total limit of the amount, and the queue is long and long, the staff should be added to it so it won't be too long, the location is pretty good, I think. Additional - Large room -View mountain and parade -there is a swimming pool -can have breakfast -ada room service -staff friendly Poor -many mosquitoes (front window model lots of windholes but no covers of the purse) -a normal breakfast menu, no western menu -the bathroom looks old, rusty shower -TV in my room is still old model, many channels that cannot -the pool is less well maintained, the water looks a long time has not been replaced so my child doesn't want to swim, On the edge of the pool is a bit greasy and a lot of adhesive broken, the pool ladder has also been shaking - the grass around the resort has started to grow high, so yesterday there were many feather ducks, the children were itch when playing overal the price was already saving and satisfied, just for the future, the facilities need improvement and treatment so that the resort can be better, many things need to be replaced such as old shower, tv tube, pool care, etc.FromSGD 29
