Friendly greetings at all times, we had the pool access room. The bed was one of the best we've slept in. The shower over the bath wasn't our cup of tea. The room was clean but the bed facing tv didn't work. Once off the main road it was quiet but the night club next door roared to life at midnight. . The breakfast was sensational and varied slightly each day. After hours meals and room service was very accommodating. The fridge was not the greatest in keeping thing chilled but adequate. The pool (the longest I've seen) with a hidden waterslide was lovely and views from the top pool and deck was special FromSGD 59

Beautiful hotel. The building, gardens, ocean view, swimming pools, foods and everything. Perfect. I love the main gate they have. Perfect spot for taking pic. The front desk senior staff helped us. More training needed for junior staff. Try to eat in tamarind and order their risotto with scallop. Yummy.FromSGD 198

The villa is not well prepared for my family staycation. We had broken tv, bathroom electricity black out at one of the room. Super slow internet even just to watch the Netflix. Not recommended for digital nomad out there. Living room quite dusty and got kinda moldy roof smell when we turn on the fan. Great location with lots of shops, restaurants and massage parlour by the exit. The staff are very friendly, helpful and speak good English. The breakfast buffet and the swimming pool are both highlight of our stay. There is also shuttle bring us to the hotel beach :)FromSGD 114

Our taxi driver told us that this hotel was the best value in Ercolano. It is owned by a family. It does need some TLC as the paint work is a bit old. The rooms are very big and comfortable. It was walking distance from the Herculaneum Ruins and the MAV (Virtual Archaeological Museum). We also walked to the bus who took us to Mount Vesuvius. The villa was built in 1730. Our room was on the street side and it was a bit noisy however you can close the shutters (which we did not do). The staff was very friendly and the restaurant has really good food. It is better to get to the hotel by taxi as it was not easy to walk from the station with suitcases.FromSGD 83
