Location is great. Shopping mall beside, with a lot of eateries nearby. Room is clean, this time with better wifi connection. Impressed with the water dispenser at lift lobby. Would stay again if its cheaper by 10%.

Hotel staff are friendly, the room is big, soft mattress and a few types of pillows are provided. Great breakfast, kitchen staff are friendly too. It’s just opposite City Square shopping mall which is a plus. The carpark is not free as it shares with the residential building. But it is bright and felt safe. The only negative side is the rain shower, difficult to adjust the hot and cold water. The toilet flush is not strong too. Need to press both half and full flush button together to get a stronger flush.

i keep choosing capri for its cleanliness and how beautiful the rooms are. but this time i found a dried salmon under the table, maybe they didnt move the table while vacuuming but thats fine to me. also i noticed the aircon is more eco friendly now(?).. like its cold but room temperature cold. those pictures are bfr checking out. will definitely return to see an find whats new

Location: Good , walking distance to Jb CIQ to access Singapore. but, no parking on site. Park at Merlin Tower (RM2 per hour) or Wisma Visthi (RM2 per hour, max RM16 per day) Size: Room is not very big. But ok. Bed: Bed a bit soft. Pillow was ok. Soundproof: not good but when you are so tired, you will have no issue. But will wake up earlier when the honks start kicking in. Amenities: can be improved. Stay two days but WiFi given for day 1 only, mineral water and floor mat was not replenished.😅 No hair dryer. Security: arrived hotel at 2am after Singapore F1 and both men staffs are at the lobby, so I assumed someone is taken care till the morning Lift is touch screen, canggih 😁 Overall i think price can be cheaper. But mayb due to location and many foreigners, so the price is slightly higher.

Very convenient location You can find various of foods (especially those run by China Local like hot pot) massages and convenient store by walking distance. Aeon Bukit indah and 24 hours Mc Donald located nearby too. The room consider cheap for solo business traveler like me. I might give it full star if the wall paper beside bed can be change to new one. Otherwise tidy and clean. Washroom is clean too, which is very important. Wish they can upgrade their water pump cause the water shower pumping water too slow 🤣 24 hours reception counter and security. Overall 4.3/5.0

Check in process was a bit of a hassle. Had a hard time connecting to the admin staff who did not respond to my phone calls. Their instructions given very vague & had to spend almost half an hour wasting time searching for the lift lobby to access the apartment. Worst still, the stay was also disrupted by the leakage of the bedroom aircon unit … water dripping sound disturbed my rest throughout the night. Other than that, location was convenient as R&F Mall just downstairs & minutes away from CIQ.

Easy to check in and host was really pleasant. However the apartment wasn't really well maintained. The couch was unstable and the toilet smelled of sewage. Wifi only worked in the living room area, which was really frustrating. Wifi was also unstable.

The service provider was attentive to the administrative details - some of which, were rather complex. Though the external building block appeared pretty rundown, the unit that we stayed was exquisite in furnishings for a very comfortable stay. No food was provided but the two canteens within the compound offered economical and nice food at great convenience.
