"I have my staycation here, back in April. I still miss it till today, as the experience, hotel staff and the room was all really good. Once you enter as an guest of the hotel, but when you check-out you feel like a family member of the hotel. Really enjoy my stay very much, will return again. "
"Excellent hotel, the renovations the past years have retained the old british style grandiose architecture with modern technology and it was really beautiful. A great experience. Clean, good service, very big spacious and high ceiling rooms. Quiet corner of the hotel beside palm court garden. "
"The hotel stay was quite a unique experience for us. We joined the history tour and learn a lot about this national monument. Highly recommended."

"The hotel felt very luxurious, and the king bed was very large and fluffy. The layout of my room was rather weird however as there was no place to properly sit/sleep to watch the tv. Had a rather good stay, and was allocated a room on the same floor as the gym and the pool, which was an added bonus. The room was very large and comfortable, and the bathtub was massive. Service at 15 Stamford was great, staff were attentive without being too intrusive, and plates were cleared timely and they frequently asked if we wanted any drinks, although there was some slight inconsistencies among them. Breakfast was very nice, with a wide selection, although would the full cream milk that I drank was sour and a bit 'cakey' (i.e.: I tasted solid stuff). It's just like what happens to milk when it's been left outside too long or expired for some time, which might have contributed to my stomach upset for the better part of the morning. Also, one of the toilet sink plugs in our room wouldn't go up, hence the water was unable to drain away, so we were left with only one functioning sink. Nonetheless, apart from these minor inconsistencies and the spoilt milk during breakfast, I thought the stay was ok. "
"Impeccable service from the moment we stepped into the hotel, greeted by concierge staff who helped with our luggages, check in was smooth and fast. Checked in early and our rooms were ready. Booked for a bday wkend staycation and everything was great. Breakfast was international spread with complimentary champagne, the customised honey selection was nice and sweet! Love the honeycomb too! Highly recommend!"
"Did a 4d3n staycation here. We booked a deluxe king room with breakfast. The room we were assigned was great! Double vanity. Bathtub. Separate shower that comes with rainshower. Bed was comfortable. We even had a small corner with sofa and table. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Services like room service & requests from housekeeping is a little slow because the property is so big. Waited 30 minutes for a bucket of ice, and over an hour for my in-room dining to arrive. they also mixed up my name for the guest that stayed in my room previously and whenever I picked up the phone they would address me as someone else. Other than that, love the hotel, it’s recently refurbished, room is quite nice, buffet breakfast is solid, a wide spread, was even able to order food that was not in the buffet menu. "
"We stayed at one bedroom villa last week and the experience is amazing! The staffs are super friendly and helpful, everything is so enjoyable! "
"Amazing staycation I love the breakfast spread & the service of the staff 😍 Celebrated my daughter’s birthday."

"Talk about a paradiso escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, the Beach Villas are the perfect exemplar of it. Nestled away from the main centre of RWS near the Equarius complex, the Beach Villas enjoys its own check-in counter that takes you to your villa on an inhouse buggy service. Once you arrive at your villa, be awed by the cavernous interior and exquisite touches in the form of luxurious amenities and free minibar. Magic then really happens when you open up the doors to the patio, where you could literally walk into the pool a la Maldives. I believe no other place in Singapore serves such a sumptuous experience. Well worth the money paid. "
"Room was beautiful and spacious, the service was fantastic from the get go with the manager greeting you and introduce you to the staff that will be attending to you. Everything was spelled out to the letter. Awesome experience!"
"Very nice hotel but lousy staff like we own them tons of money must be really under paid by rws . Such a waste but didn’t blame of them hope this review can help them increase their pay . And also super under stuff "

"Booked a short stay for my wife’s birthday and it was an amazing one! Was surprised with a $30 in-room credit that gives us the opportunity to try room service. And the food was great! Room is very clean and well furnished. The rubber ducky and bear are nice touches and hotel staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Definitely keen for a family stay-cay in the future."
"I stayed from 18 dec to 19 dec . The front desk Daniel is very customer oriented. The staffs are friendly , the cleanliness is tip top .. room is fantastic !"
"Short staycation during holidays. Spacious room and not too crowded. Not much of facilities but comfy stay and polite helpful staff"

"Booked Deluxe Premier for 3D2N but upgraded to Heritage room due to service lapses.. Service rendered during check in on 23 Dec was crap. Waited 2 hours. Bathroom was super small, bathtub was old style with curtain. The tub and curtain were dirty. Swam at the main pool on 24 Dec, pool is clean. The handle for the steps to the pool not maintenced, was loose, it moves when people make their way down or up. Festive dinner buffet was good with alot of varieties. Breakfast on 25 Dec 2022 was in a ballroom instead of coffee lounge. Service was terrible. Requested for pepper as my kid want, waited 10 mins for an empty bottle. Was told will check again and come back. Nobody came back and porridge alrdi went cold. Walked personally to coffee lounge and request for one. Toaster was not working, no bowls for mee siam and porridge. The Soon kuehs were clumped together in the steamer. Overall very disappointed with the service encountered. Will not return again for staycation."
"Checked in December 24 and surprised with no Queue. Very smooth and fast. Staff are very attentive and polite. Cleanliness is superb. Amenities are just as nice although for kids, not much like in Shangri-la with special toiletries for kids and in Fullerton where we were given colouring sets, ice cream coupon, and free workshops during festive seasons. It's really an Oasis at the heart of the city. There was a Christmas Carolling at the lobby for two consecutive days and we also enjoy it. Shopping district are minutes away! Definitely will recommend for my friends overseas and surely will come back here again."
"Arrived the hotel by grab as it was a relatively long walk from orchard mrt. Check in was quite fast and smooth. We were escorted through a parking lot before reaching our rooms as it was located in a different building. The room as shown by the pictures was quite nice. Definitely not wheel chair friendly as there were stairs. Needed to wait for some time for the hot water to be ready. Fitness rooms and swimming pools were located at the main building. It was nice to exercise and swim afterwards on a hot day. Buffet breakfast was quite pleasant as well - not the best but good enough. Overall, glad to relax in Goodwood Park just before the Christmas holidays"

"I went for solo staycation as I had been wanting to go but sadly they closed to assist government's support in covid-19 housing of SHN individuals hence my staycation was cancelled. Glad that they open and went for a night solo staycation. What attracted me is their big room and big bathtub beside the window, and smaller infinity pool hence I look forward to staying here. I would say the location is abit far off from the attractions and hence quieter, especially during weekends. The food garden at Asia Square Tower 1 & 2 opens only on weekdays for working staff. Hence, if you are staying on weekends, u will need to walk about 5 minutes to Lau Pa Sat for meal or walk to MBS which takes about 15 minutes. Otherwise, you will need to take a train to elsewhere for meal. Marina Bay Link Mall has Subway and Toast Box opening on weekends though. There are 2 restaurants open on weekends at Asia Square Tower 2 ground level but not much variety. The hotel room is big enough, clean and I love the bathtub beside the window. Not many hotels come with bathtub that is beside the window and the view is great. Basic necessities are there, just that there is no comb. I'm quite surprised many 5-star hotels do not provide comb. I would think this is probably something for hotels to look into. They do provide a travel plug in case u have forgotten to bring. They also provide essential oil so that u can rub on to have a gd slp and wet wipe (1pc per night) for safe stay. I like the swimming pool which is an infinity pool. It was quiet when I went which is great and not crowded. There is also free whirlpool and steam room at their spa. The gym is really perfect with all main equipments there. They look new and not wear off. Maintenance is great! I have never gone to their restaurants but do note that they have happy hour for affordable draft beers. Visit their website to find out more. I would stay again probably during weekdays so that I can easy access to more food. Especially at night on weekends, it might be quieter for ladies who are on solo staycation. Hope my review helps. :)"
"Pros: - Grand lobby with an expansive sea view. - Rooms with bathtub next to the window overlooking the gorgeous city skyline or sea. - Complimentary birthday cake upon request via email. - Room and bathroom are clean and neat. - White Tea toiletries smell great. - Complimentary use of steam room and whirlpool in Heavenly Spa for in-house guests. - Staff are courteous but overall service lacks warmth. Cons: - Room 3821 filled with the smell of cooking fumes during restaurant operating hours. As a a result, my partner could not stop sneezing. Would suggest the hotel to inspect the room and ventilation system. - Not many food options around the area on weekends and public holidays. - Breakfast is limited to one set per person. - The interior design of the room (except for bathroom) is of a business hotel concept, which did not give me a relaxing feel for a much needed staycation. "
"Hassle free and smooth check in process. Fantastic view from the room. "

"Was initially impressed by the room... until I put my things onto the bedside table and I brushed pass a stain on it. Window was also slightly dirty. If it's any consolation to the housekeepers, I do think that they have a lot to do, so maybe they had to clean quickly and efficiently. Next, I booked a packaged room with dining credits and was initially told to pay service charge despite ordering takeaway. Thankfully, the  Manager waived it. Prior to this, I had checked with the restaurant involved and was told that all transactions involving hotel dining credits had service charge regardless of dine-in/takeaway. We were subsequently offered an upgrade to a room with the view of Marina Bay. Prior, I should  have asked the hotel when they would take us to the new room, because we ended up waiting idly for quite some time in the non-upgraded room, which was rather annoying because we could have made better use of the time to do other stuff (Instead of waiting). By then my hotel partner and I were just blaming each other for agreeing to the upgrade, which sort of ruined the day. The upgraded room had a very nice view, but it did show some signs of age. The gadget to adjust the bathtub plug looked like it was falling off. By then, I was just too tired and frustrated and didn't want any more interruptions, so I let it pass. At least it didn't fall off during my stay. On the whole, I do like the hotel and the atmosphere, but i feel that the quality check (QC) could be improved upon to minimize stay disruption"
"Check in was a breeze, fuss free, easy & quick. Room was clean & beautiful. My kids love the pool with the amazing view of the river. Ordered in-room dining & it arrived pretty fast. Food was good. I would like to comment on the excellent customer service of the staff, so friendly & polite. Very impressed!"
"We went to Singapore for he New Year fireworks in Singapore and the location of Fullerton Hotel is just unbeatable. We did the countdown at The Lighthouse rooftop bar and it only opens for drinks once a year or otherwise for private events! How amazing!"

"Short staycation with the family. Very nice ambience and comfortable room. Service was excellent. Would like to compliment Mr Yadi for his infectious smile and laughter and warm greeting at the main entrance. Always ready to welcome us back to the Hotel."
"Check in was a breeze.. it was really nice gesture from hotel to throw in additional breakfast for 1 child.. Room is big.. there’s a big bath tub for kids to play in … comes with mini bar .. nice touch .. it’s a short walk to attractions.. only thing is pool is kind of small.. "

"Check in put a real dampener to our couple and 30th anniversary get away. The check in time was 3pm and to be safe we arrived at 4pm. Soon after completing all the documentation for checking in, we were left hanging and waiting for more than an Hour. We were not told anything. The male Indian staff that attended to us was friendly but disappeared after a while. The new female staff did not really know the situation and told us that our room was still not ready at 5.15pm. We were told that the manager was aware and in another 20 minutes, they would have our room ready. No welcome drinks were offered whilst we sat there being paraded to the other hotel staff and guest. The manager did not come personally to explain anything to us. We had to approach the front office staff to enquire about the long delay. We finally got the keys to our room at 5.30pm. At these prices for this higher class hotel, we would have at least expected better treatment and service. This is something I would expect at a budget hotel. Sad that it happened at the start of the much awaited 2 night get away."
"Our stay was overall quite pleasant as we got a free upgrade to the bay view room. Soon after, we discovered a bed bug on the bed and was switched to a new room at a higher tier(?) almost immediately. I was pleased by the staff's efficient response. There is no doubt their standard of service is very high. I am still perplexed at the presence of the bed bug though. Perhaps it is time they call in pest control as the situation could be way worse if the bed bug proceeds to bite their guests. I would visit again as I loved the view and interior decorations. Oh, and we had $200 dining credits as well, and I enjoyed the best lamb chop I have ever tasted in Singapore, with their in-room dining service."
"I really enjoyed my stay at Fullerton Bay Hotel. The service and staff have been really amazing. I booked for the bay view room which offered a stunning view. I will return again next time."
