"Room was spacious, comfortable. but i find the room lights were too little & dim. also, when i stepped into the room, there was a smell of bedsheet which used for many mths not washed or someone who just woke up without bathing that kind of bed smell. but its not from the bedsheet. is the room. lucky i brought my perfume & i sprayed the room w it. view was great. balcony was just beside each others room. we met a neighbour whom made consecutively 2 nights of loud noise until midnight. sigh….. sometimes y’know just be abit more considerate. breakfast actually suck. lol. there’s only 4 same item for u to choose everyday. told em dw yogurt but still send yogurt. croissant was hard like some rock they don’t bother to toast for u. as i’m pregnant, my husband told em poach egg change to fried egg. counter staff said ok but the egg came was still was poach egg. swimming pool was great. signs of deep water shld put more clearly before ppl entering the pool, in case kids jump into the pool without knowing the depth. surrounding was peaceful, more for couples to enjoy cos of the dim light settings in the room. "
"Awesome experience staying at this hotel for one night, first time staying. It feels great! We enjoyed our breakfast at the restaurant Latitute, and the drinks served with free-flow style. The hotel staff gave free chocolates because of my birthday. I felt very warm. The hotel check in is a bit slow, but overall it is still very satisfactory. Great 👍🏼 Will visit again "
"The room was cosy snd view was nice but the cleaniness of the hotel is not that clean. The Nespresso machine was not clean and used caplsules was not thrown and there a lot of dirt on the bathtub. The service of the Latitude restaurant that we had our breakfast was not efficient and not attentive. Waitied for quite long for the staff to notice us until I had to stand up and pass then our order. Hopefully they can improve it."

"Chosen a 2 night stay in Andaz for our first anniversary, and all in all was a really pleasant stay. Few things that we really love about the hotel is how the interior feels modern and new. We requested for a high floor prior to our stay, and was granted the highest level 37 with an amazing city view. The toilet is amazing, I personally love how there’s plenty of storage spaces and a separate powder room with a mini sink. The shower room is really spacious albeit no bathtub. There was a bigger sink with a ledge and drawer on the side which serves as a great changing table especially if you’re travelling with babies. My husband loved the sunroom, accessible daily with complimentary beverage. Got a free cake for our anniversary (although they wish us 13 years instead of first year anniversary). Staff was really friendly as we got greeted when they walk pass us each time, and even got to skip the check in queue because our baby was getting fussy. Couple of things was amiss. We booked the deluxe king room but the room layout seem like the normal king room and not like the photos. But we assume that they have a variety of layout for the deluxe and we got the non corner room since they wanted to comply with our high floor request. We loved the view so much that we forgo this minor difference and enjoyed our stay anyway. The pool slots were booked pretty fast (perhaps it was a weekend) but we didn’t care much as our baby is too small for us to enjoy anw. Also a couple of our deliveries which was sent to concierge was labelled under a wrong room number, luckily we kept a close track with the delivery personnel and check properly with the concierge team. Deliveries have to be collected by ourselves. Late checkout was granted by only one hour, but can see that there was high traffic even for a Sunday check in. Parking was charged by duo tower but since it’s per entry price was reasonable. Those are just minor comments, as we generally still enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks Andaz. Will most prob be back again. "
"We booked studio suite for our family staycation. The room was fantastic; good layout, great view and nice high ceiling. Really good size bathroom and nice living room. But what makes it a great experience was the overall service and the attitude from all the staff. Each of the staff we encountered with was friendly, accommodative and welcoming. Special mention to Scott who was manning the pool. He was exceptionally caring. He offered our children to change their wet towels with nice dry ones before they get into the air-con lobby. The housekeeping team was extremely prompt in attending to our requests, especially given how busy they are. The housekeeping staff did really nice job cleaning up our room within a short time. The only thing that has room for improvement is the check-in queue. They have opened up more check-in counter at around 3 but it still takes 25 min to get us checked in. Note that carpark is not included - it works out to be $15/day. "
"Stayed for 3D2N and booked just a week or so prior to the stay. Plus: - Location was great, lots of food around till late night - Room was squeaky clean, well-spaced, and I found the layout refreshing - Mini-bar had quite a lot drinks and was complimentary Minus: - We were not allocated a check-in timing and sadly had to queue for 40mins to be checked in. - Pool bookings run out mad fast (esp on Sat) and so we missed our chance for one of the days - Heard raving reviews, but to be honest the poolview was a little underwhelming It was also not easy to reach guest service, and our request for toiletries to arrive also took longer than expected. Quite amazing to me how the staff all seemed very busy but are still very polite and poised lol "

"One of the best staycations I ever had with top rated service from their housekeeping and restaurants. The suites were huge and super clean (they clean the room twice a day!) and most importantly, my kiddos loved it! Only downside would be that the kids pool is kinda small.. would have been awesome if there was a fun pool with slides and floats or a jacuzzi heated pool as the water was freezing cold. 😁"
"Was given an early check in at 1045am & late check out at 6pm, rooms was also upgraded too with my request for connecting room. Overall no complain as MO supports sustainability with glass drinking water & shower gel from dispensing machine. Thoughtful to providing umbrella & re-usable bag. Portion for set lunch was more than enough for 2. Hope that they will provide coffee machine instead of instant coffee. "
"My family loved our stay in the City Suite. The food (both breakfast and lunch) are really marvellous. It’s very close to everything, just a few steps to Marina Square. Managed to have a walk in the morning all the way to Marina Barrage and night time stroll to the Merlion park is a breeze. The staff are very helpful and friendly. "

"Lovely Staycation with family. Kids love the pool. I had a wonderful breakfast at the clubhouse. Their services were awesome. Special shootout to the staff named Sofia. She is a gem to the hotel industry. Always gave her best and ensure all my needs were fulfilled. Making sure I was served with my dietary special needs. Keep up the great service Orchard Rendezvous."
"Check in was fast and the service was good. Got an upgrade to a deluxe plus room. Room is spacious with a balcony but too bad there was no view. Bed is comfortable though I do find the toilet a little small. Hotel does not offer bottled water so do bring your own. Location wise is convenient to walk to tanglin mall or Forum gallery."
"Enjoyed my stay here. Room is big with a balcony. It’s very clean too. Staff is super nice! Located at a quieter part of Orchard Road, though, there is a nearby 7-11, Macdonalds and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (24hours). Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool but it looks excellent. Check in & out was a breeze. Definitely recommend! 👍🏼 "

"No window, no air conditioning, no smell in the room, no elevator, this time living on the 4th floor, you need to climb the stairs. The room is small but full of five organs. It is located in the middle of two big roads. There are bus stops on both sides. You can walk from Aljunied Station. There are 7-11 shops on the left hand side of Exit A of Aljunied Station. You can buy 100G with your passport. The M1 (12 SGD) calling card, next to a small food center, tastes great. The young lady at the front desk is kind and Chinese can pass."
"Fortunately, there is no window, space is OK, the surrounding environment is not particularly good, because it is surrounded by red light districts, is also a major feature of Singapore, the largest red light district, there are many eating around, traffic is more convenient"
"Good location. Easy check in and easy check out. Clean hotel and quite big space for singapore standard. If you have luggage, please tell for 1st floor request. But its located near red light district which i dont mind. Maybe not suitable for family or solo women traveller. "

"Very friendly and team of down to earth staff. Hotel is clean and big… only sad part is there’s no bidget in the bathroom. Beddings are comfy so I slept well. Nothing much besides the hotel except Tiong Bahru Bao & a nasi lemak eateries. Me & my bf crossed over to Seng Poh road which has all the small cafes around n Tiong Bahru market to ta Bao. We enjoyed our walks there to see those big HDB apart which were built during 1937 and has only 15 years lease left for now… nice walk down the memory lanes ❤️"
"D'hotel... staffs thumbs up!! Cleanliness is superb... good job to the housekeeping. The room are awesome,no regrets... Receptoon staffs were always been friendly and approachable as usual. No regrets to choose D'hotel as ur staycay night... you guys rocks!!"
"No handwash, no comb, no bathrobes, not even slippers. I had to request for slippers and bathrobes. There's no 'main entrance', you have to climb stairs to go to the main door, and just beside the stairs there are some seafood hawkers. The table has obvious stains. The room is not very soundproof as well. Generally it is not a good experience, not worth the money. Also the pictures here looked too good. "

"Room was good, staff was great and efficient. Couldn’t get their names. I remembered it was a malay lady checked me in. Fast and efficient. Also a Chinese guy who took the initiative to pass me the hotel room card at the pool area while I was on a zoom meeting while waiting for my room to be ready. Kudos to these 2 staff. Sorry I didn’t catch their names. "
"Snack Bar only has a small pack of Oreos, it doesn't matter what it is, it's just a lie. The internet speed is so bad that 5G Wi-Fi can often be disconnected. The shower pipe in the room is broken...the advantage is that it is relatively clean and cost-effective."
"A bit disappointed during my check in, was told to pay $70 for some amendment which clearly wasn’t my mistake. Glad that I got my $70 refunded by Trip.Com. The staffs are friendly and helpful, overall is good just that their smart tv is not that ‘smart’ at all! it was a pleasant stay!"

"The transportation is convenient, there are many places to eat around, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff are very polite. This is my second stay but it also made me feel very disappointed 😞 I decided that I would never choose to stay at this hotel again for the following reasons. 1) Because of the experience,I have indicated that I would like a quieter room when I booked the room, but the staff at the counter still gave me a room near the road and the birds is very noisy at night , the counter said The room is full and cannot be changed. 2) I booked 2 single beds (Deluxe twin room), but the counter staff assigned was double bed room for me. When I called to the counter, they said they would find someone to come up and split the bed with me. My point is the customer has booked the room, and the hotel should be ready to give it to the customer sooner, but unfortunately they did not do this. 3) The air conditioner was broken and asked if I could replace it with an electric fan. I immediately refused, and I couldn't accept it. In the end, I was willing to change the room to me."
"The room is small but very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The worst part is that room 213 is close to the road and there are many birds quarreling in the trees all night, and I can't sleep peacefully at all. If this is not the problem, I believe this is a good place to rest."
"Great location for a short getaway with tons of asian food surrounding. Walkng distance to 2 MRT stations. Value for money 😀"

"The hotel location is particularly good, just outside the subway station. There is a free breakfast, 7-11 downstairs, and eating is very convenient. The outdoor swimming pool and terrace on the top floor of the hotel are not too comfortable, the night view is superb. You can walk directly to Chinatown and Clarke Quay, next to Songfa Bak Kut Teh and Ya Kun, Hainan Chicken Rice, and everything is very convenient. The only thing is that the room is really small and the boxes cannot be tiled on the floor. The bathroom is also small. The lobby of the hotel lobby is super soft and comfortable! !! !! The day before I left, because I was still early for the departure time, I rested on the sofa for nearly 2 hours and fell asleep, but the sister at the front desk was not stunned. After I woke up, the sister asked me that I was too tired to play yesterday. There are so many foreigners in the hotel and almost no Chinese are seen. The hotel staff is Malay, with an accent in English and no Chinese."
"Very nice place...very accommodating staff...nice view at the rooftop pool...near to transportation and eating place and also near to the mall...the most unforgettable and very relaxing staycation I ever had with my love...we enjoyed every moment we stayed...we will come back again for sure...see you again and thank you..! "
"Location is really good, very close to transportation. Room and toilet are kinda small. But knowing how expensive real estate is in Singapore, we are fine with this."
