I came at 11 o'clock in the night, in my reservation I asked for that wifi is tight, and no smoking. I was given a room at 1, the room was quite dark and old, the wifi was absolutely a bit, alias off line. The bed has a dirty quite dirty, especially on the bottom of the bed looks clearly like there is white/ yellow splashing dirt. The towels are rough and yellow. Breakfast without a variation. Oh yes the room is a bit scary ya1 but the location is quite strategic. Please upgrade management. Because this hotel used to have a good brand, so it has been upgraded. Dear three star class but the condition is not as bad as the Oyo/ airyroom class that maintains the comfort of the room. For the pool is cold and when it takes the restaurant in the morning, it's gonna be hard.FromSGD 32
