This place has just given us the best hotel experience we’ve had in Asia… quite something, considering Macao is a city-break destination. * The hotel room is utterly superb — from the views, to the huge size, to the classy décor, to the small touches like the complimentary minibar, the massage chair in the bedroom, and the in-room spa service. * The food is exemplary. Even the bar snacks are supremely presented. * The swimming pool is heated — zero shock upon entering — and we didn’t want to get out, as it feels very much like a bath. Perfect. * From butler service through to check-in and concierge alike, this place redefines xenodocheionology (hotel lore). During the flight home, we both sat there blissfully aware that we’d just experienced something very special. We got what we paid for — the very best of world-famous Chinese hospitality and a Valentine’s holiday we’ll never forget.

The hotel boasts fantastic views, well-maintained facilities, and excellent cleanliness. The breakfast spread is impressive, featuring a wide variety including lobster, and hotel guests get priority seating by the window without queuing. The service was superb! We were upgraded to an Eiffel Tower view room, and they even presented us with thoughtful gifts, wishing my family success. Furthermore, the breakfast restaurant staff were incredibly well-trained, with enthusiastic attitudes and professional, polite communication. Knowing we had to rush off after checkout, the hotel arranged a late checkout and sent a dedicated staff member to our room to help with luggage storage. The service was truly attentive and impeccable. This hotel's zero negative reviews on Ctrip are definitely well-deserved!

Came to see a concert at The Londoner Arena, so naturally, I booked The Londoner Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The service was truly exceptional. Usually, rooms are ready after 3 PM on weekends, but our flight arrived at 11 AM. They managed to get us into a room early and even extended our check-out to 2 PM. The staff escorted us to our room, introducing all the hotel facilities along the way and helping with our luggage. Once inside, the lady explained the room's features and even asked about our pillow preferences. I have to say, the bedding at The Londoner is incredibly comfortable. The moment you're back in the room, all you want to do is lie in bed. Even when we were startled awake by heavy rain and thunder the next day, we easily drifted back to sleep, haha. Plus, having a WeChat concierge who is so responsive to every request is incredibly convenient. In the evening, we had dinner at Cheong Kei Seafood Hot Pot, which is conveniently located right in the hotel. The 3-taste Chashan ********* Milk Tea downstairs was also delicious. Our package, costing over 4000, included breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktail hour. We missed the afternoon tea and cocktails because of the concert, but I'll definitely try them next time. For breakfast, I chose the Eggs Benedict section, and it was absolutely worth getting up early for – truly delicious. The other items at the breakfast buffet were standard fare. All the hotel staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, making us feel completely at home. I even left my necklace in the bathroom when checking out, and they managed to find and return it to me. The only two minor downsides were that the hairdryer wasn't a Dyson, haha. Also, the sculpture by the elevator exit startled me every time I went upstairs; I was too scared to go get takeout alone late at night, hh.
