Hotel is under construction, best avoid for anyone with dust allergies. Rooms are dated. Hallway had roaches and in room ants. Bath tub is always clogged and room had noises in them like someone throwing paper around in aircond vent all day long. Bed sheet had blood stains that was never changed eventhough 3 days in a row the card was put on the pillow to change it but it was never changed.

Im so glad to choose this hotel during my brief stay. The staff are polite and helpful. The tea-time buffet spread is so extensive. Food is nice. Room is clean and well-maintained. I'm definitely coming back to this hotel. Attached pic is the view from my room. Thank you.

Location is very convenient, you’ll never go hungry staying here with all the eateries surrounding this hotel. This hotel is also linked to Starling Mall. We had power failure at 2am and the hotel immediately upgraded us to another bigger room! All in all, this hotel tops my list to stay in PJ.

Paid for queen size bed but got two single beds joined together to form a “queen bed”. Requested for wine glass but then we were expected to pay a deposit for wine glass? Never heard of this term ever in any other hotel, i am a frequent traveller so would understand if it was 5 stars but this isn’t even a 5 star hotel. The tv remote was not even working. The toilets bidet was broken and water was leaking too.. Other than that everything was ok. Deposit for standard room is quite high, RM200. Which is abit shocking for a regular hotel.

First look is nice. But some part of the wallpaper in the room has came off, the tap for the sink is so loose that I can turn left to right. Plus the sint DON'T have hot water. So far I was still OK with this. But then when I was lying down on the bed I noticed only 2 pillows so I tried to call the front desk to ask for 1 more pillow as their pillow is too soft for me, when I pick up the phone in the room don't work! When inform the front desk, they only reply ”ya the phone don't works some time.” with a I don't care face to me. If u have a choice, don't choose this hotel.

Stayed for a day at this hotel and I must say for the price they are charging it is a bit expensive especially when the bedroom is a bit dated. There are newer Budget hotels in PJ which offer a better rate and the room are nicer and newer. The hotel is not located near public transport as well which is not so convenient if you are not driving. Parking is limited at the back of the hotel and a few more at their basement. Overall I think there are better value budget hotels around PJ area. The hotel need to be refurbished in my opinion.
