Ideal location, opposite to Ximending and just beside to Ximen station Exit 4 & Exit 5. Convenient access to Ximem mrt Station, Ximending, and Zhong Zheng hall. Strongly recommend to those who would like to stay at Ximen.
Satisfy with the hotel cleanliness, can request daily room cleaner service. Every level has a water dispenser and daily fill-up coffee and tea bag if finished. Hotel provides service on arranged delivery famous Fuhang soy milk to hotel, we can save time for queues up at the shop. Very recommend to stay especially suitable for family stay.FromSGD 93

This is my second stay at the hotel. In general, my experiences have consistently met fundamental expectations. However, the persistent elevator issue warrants attention. I recommend the hotel collaborate with Building Management to address this. During peak hours, securing elevator access proves challenging. Resolving this would significantly enhance the guest experience. Despite this, my stay has been enjoyable, with the elevator wait times being the primary drawback.FromSGD 33

We stayed in this hotel many times, actually.
- i feel a but disappointed that a smaller room was assigned but at least the front desk didn’t give me the room that I asked to avoid.
-the housekeeping didn’t clean the room the second day so the next day I had to inform the staff in the lobby to make sure that the housekeeping would come to clean the room
- No bottle or a jar (for refill the water) provided in the room as they don’t provided bottles of water any more so the guests have to refill the water from the machine, located on every floor instead. The first night, I have to buy a big bottle of water from 7-11 so we have a bottle to refill more water
The front desk this time were quite nice this time , compared to the team that we met along 5 years (2017-2020 and 2023)FromSGD 93

Ximenting Commercial Area Taipei|3.86km from downtown
Perhaps one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The location is incredibly convenient, just a 10-15 minute walk from Ximending station, making it easy to explore the area. The room was spacious and well-appointed, complete with complimentary bottled water. I appreciated that the housekeeping staff cleaned the room daily, provided you didn’t activate the ‘do not disturb’ button.
The hotel features a unique underwater or submarine theme, which adds a fun and immersive atmosphere. I booked a room without windows, and while the lighting was somewhat dim, it created a cozy ambiance that I found quite pleasant.
The receptionists were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. A thoughtful addition to the hotel is the luggage scale available for guests, allowing you to weigh your bags before checking out—definitely a great touch!
We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which I would rate a perfect 10/10! There was an impressive variety of food options, including a delightful hotpot selection.
The bathroom facilities were well-designed, with the toilet and shower room separated for added convenience. They provided complimentary body wash and shampoo, and I was pleased to see that the bed sheets were changed daily, ensuring a fresh and clean environment throughout my stay.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, friendly service, and thoughtful amenities!FromSGD 73
