I always enjoy my stay at the Arrow on Swanston. The location is perfect for what I need...the only downside this time was that there was no bottle opener. The front desk did try their best to locate one for me though and I did manage with some old school tactics. There was a false nail on the floor of the bedroom I slept in, the rest of the apartment was clean and tidy, just a missed step around the beds and side tables.

I went back to Melbourne and stayed temporarily for one night because of the trouble at the airport during the epidemic. My English is not very good, so I called the hotel front desk for help and asked for some information. The hotel front desk service is very good, and I patiently helped me solve it. Question, I am here to thank again! Especially the pick-up and drop-off service is very punctual, and I will take care of it next time I go.

Convenient location. It is said that the hostel is relatively clean in the city, but the room is still very messy and the smell is intoxicating. Most importantly, I am almost! every day! It's all there! Lost things! There seem to be countless thieves in the kitchen, whether you are in the kitchen or not, whether your things are written or not, from small cut vegetables to large packages of sugar, as long as you look away from the belongings for more than 10 minutes may be Steal (I'm sure it wasn't the other person taking it wrong). Housemates in the dormitory lost their passports, $ 100 in cash and then stolen $ 200 in credit cards. I lost it in the dormitory. I lost many times and tried hard to retrieve the edible oil, salt and canned meat. I finally decided to move away immediately. But even so, my suitcase (with the camera in it) was taken away by the cleaner before I checked out, on the grounds that my name tag was not affixed to the bed (exm? Not to mention that the name was not glued well) , It won't stick after using it a few times. Is it meant to rush people by pulling luggage away?) I do n’t lose much compared to other people, but I am really upset every day. Would definitely not recommend friends to live here.

The location of the hotel is good, it is in the center of the city. Many attractions are within walking distance. The hotel is apartment-like. For example, you may share a 3-bedroom and 1-living room with others, so if there are enough people, it is highly recommended to book a room. The price is very affordable, the owner is very nice, and he helped to upgrade the room for free the first time I stayed. Some rooms may not have air-conditioning, which can be negotiated in advance.
