One tip for traveller: pick the destination in car hailing apps as Haoyi parking lot so the driver can take you to the backside of the hotel and you can go inside directly instead of going through a short path of walking street.FromSGD 40

Excellent Stay Near West Lake
I recently had the pleasure of staying at one of the best hotels near West Lake, Hangzhou, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional – especially thanks to Joyce at the front desk.
Joyce was incredibly supportive, cooperative, and professional. She went out of her way to ensure I got the best room available, and her warm, welcoming attitude made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Throughout my stay, she was always available to help with any questions or needs I had, making the entire experience feel personalized and comfortable.
The hotel itself is beautiful – clean, modern, and just a short walk from the scenic West Lake. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and offer stunning views. The amenities are top-notch, and everything is managed with great attention to detail.

Perfect location to stay. Even in 38 degree you can explore many coffees and local food just after stepping out of hotel.They even have a bar on terrace.Special thanks to the staff as they supported a lot for cooking baby food for my 1y kid and also for late Checkout.
Perfect location subway is just 5min walk and also you can take didi from 2 min walk.
Street in front of hotel is very relaxing.

This hotel boasts a prime location, surrounded by various commercial complexes, making it a popular spot for tourists, and it's approximately 500 meters from West Lake.
It's a family-friendly hotel, complete with a children's play area on the first floor. The facilities generally meet a 3-4 star standard; it would easily qualify as a 4-star hotel if it only had a swimming pool.
We were incredibly lucky! We managed to book the very last room during the peak summer vacation when the hotel was completely sold out. As the basic rooms were unavailable, they generously upgraded us multiple categories to a family suite – much appreciated!
**Facilities:**
1. The gym is rather compact, but the essential equipment is sufficient. It's a pity there's no swimming pool.
2. The rooftop provides pleasant views of West Lake and the surrounding mountains, but do note it gets locked after a certain time.
3. No mini-fridge in the room.
4. Features an automatic toilet seat, but unfortunately, there was an occasional odor from the bathroom drain. Hopefully, this can be addressed.
5. Light sleepers might find earplugs beneficial.
**Hygiene:**
Clean.
**Environment:**
While a bit dated, the room itself maintains a good overall condition and gives a 4-5 star impression.
**Service:**
The staff are friendly, but they appeared quite stretched and overwhelmed given how busy the hotel was.FromSGD 68
