The services so far so good. We enjoy it so far. All variant for breakfast in basically is well, but we suggest to add more variant (especially pastry variant--because my youngest brother need more muffins😀) Hope this services more increase the quality and Grand Zuri Bumi Serpong Damai can improve more and more. Stayed at Ibis Germany so I knew what to expect when I booked here. It’s your typical no frills basic room that does the job. But the rooms in Jakarta were spacious compared to where we stayed in Germany. We missed breakfast though cause we slept in, which means the beds are comfortable 😊FromSGD 49

I appreciated the great kindness and hospitality of all the staff, but in practice when you arrive, you have a personal supporter to whom you can ask anything. Ok they are paid for this, but they do their job with passion and make you feel comfortable. The hotel is comfortable, equipped with a swimming pool, of course outdoor, a great restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is the home of wedding parties. The hotel has a very good Wi-Fi, clean rooms, comfortable bed.A little negative comment: air conditioning in the room is not particularly silent and the noise of the outside traffic is too high in the restaurant. Being close to the industrial area, there are no attractions in the surroundings but the economic taxis allow you to reach the center of Jakarta with a little cost. FromSGD 51

A decent place to spend a night for a early flight. But there are much better options nearby, including the Ibis Styles which looks much nicer and is just a cross the car park. The amenities left much to be desired, they just had hand soap, TV and WiFi didn't work and Aircon was patchy.
I did enjoy the noodles however from the noodle bar in reception, even if they did take forever to make it! FromSGD 32

Great place to stay for families, close to Jakarta International Airport CGK. The breakfasts are amazingly good and generous. The rooms are spacious and clean. AC works perfectly. Safe neighborhood, and the free shuttle is so useful. The staff is the best: very friendly, so helpful, and very kind. The pool is very fun for the whole family. The food from the restaurant is yummy, and the wifi is fast. We stayed there a couple of times and loved it every time. Our little 10-year old wants to add this: ”I love the breakfasts because their fried rice is awesome aaaand the fruits. One of the most respectful hotels I've been to in my LIFE!”FromSGD 28

Hotel with great customer service team. We stay inside 2 single bed room. We have fantastic stay too. Refillable water jug, shampoo&soap. I support these actions as they are towards to environtmental friendly approach.there is aiport shuttle between hotel and jakarta airport.it is free of charge.only hoka bento reataurant nearby the area, it is for take away service only and not for dine in. Never notice there is cafe or supermarket nearby. Daan mogot mall is nearby but you will need to take a grab.FromSGD 40

I stay here for transit after long flight from Dubai. I realized lock for door not work but because i really tired so i decided to put my luggage behind my door, in case someone try to come inside i can noticed. Morning time at 9 a.m i still lay in my bed when cleaning service open my door, i was shocked and he said sorry then closed the door. I mean why he just open the door without knocking to make sure is there anyone in room. So when check out i gave information about this, and good that staff there feel sorry and said will fix the things. Overall i like to stay here, for transit this hotel is good and also has shuttle bus to airport.FromSGD 29
