We spent one night at this amazing hotel and loved it! It is 2 minutes from Chamartín train station, meaning easy access to the airport and the rest of Madrid. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel was decorated brilliantly and very modern. We had access to the rooftop pool and terrace which were both lovely. The room was stunning and spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfy and there was a flatscreen tv and seating area too. Our room had a shower and bath, and the toiletries provided were great. They even provide robes and slippers in the room. The room was also soundproofed really well and the blackout curtains meant we had a great nights sleep. We would 100% book a stay at this hotel again and thought the price was extremely reasonable for what you get! 10/10

The attention has been super good. We have arrived even half an hour before the entrance, and they resolved everything quickly so that we could enter earlier. The cleaning and reception service has also been very good. The facilities are very nice and very elegant, the only thing is the location of the Hotel. If you want to use the public train transport, you have to walk a bit to get there. I think that in this case, it would be best to travel by car.

City Center Madrid|0.59km from downtown
Hotel location is good, in the old town, close to the three major museums, about ten minutes to the Puerta del Sol. Surrounded by ancient alleys, it is suitable for casual strolling. A little distance from the subway station, the bus station is very close. Outside the window is the statue of Cervantes. Two or three minutes walk to have a Starbucks. The hotel room is very special and the living room is sinking. There was a coffee machine in the room, and red wine was delivered, but we didn’t drink it. The bathroom is small and the activity is difficult. The soundproofing effect of the hotel was very poor. It was awakened by the sound that could not be described next door in the middle of the night.

Nice modern hotel with all the amenities. Location is a bit far from the center of the city but really easy to get there if you have a car. Alternatively, go to Las Tablas metro station and it will take a little more than 30 minutes to Sol. Nice rooms. One small minus point: the lobby furniture looks a little run down and desorganized. You can park nearby easily which is a plus.
