Staff are friendly and helpful, room is clean, food is delicious at ayu (didn't get the chance to eat at jom makan)~ my favourite part of the hotel was the heated pool!!! Cold weather + warm water is the best thing we enjoyed the most... Will definitely stay here again. Pool needs to get clean up more often as we do found some leaves and insects in the water. But it's ok, they are natural~

Service staff are good, hotel grounds are beautiful and hipster-ish. But beyond the common area, the refurbished rooms are not clean and dusty. The sheets are rough and feels itchy, room is floor tiles/vinyl that doesn’t feel like it has been mopped, toilet tap is very old with 2 handles, no ventilation in toilet, stains on curtain, shower gel/shampoo/bath gel is basically the same transparent gel. I am quite disappointed with the room. Nonetheless, its value for money given there are 2 queen beds at that price, but it’s not for the fussy travelers who are used to staying in 4* and above hotels.

Nice hotel to stay.very clean.the staff also very nice.my kids loves the swimming pool bcause got slide.the pool water also warm.im very satisfied with breakfast buffet .very delicous n so much variety.

Room is spacious, 2 queen size beds are comfortable. My room is facing golf course so nice. Must experience their Swimming pool is good. TV Netflix reception is not so smooth on the day I stayed. Hotel provided free shuttle service to cable car station. Overall are nice

I was here at this hotel, a couple months back during Christmas and here I am again during Chinese new year. My first experience at this hotel wasn’t necessarily the most pleasant one but this time was a bit different. The room that was given to me was on the 11th floor and they were fully renovated without any issues.  Service was excellent this time around.  the only downside is that I had an obstructed view, facing the pool. I would prefer to have a view, facing the mountains. The facility is actually quite relaxing which I suits my relaxing mood. I’ll definitely book again.
