Hotel is great but if your taking Train from the airport that gonna be a problem especially the BTS Station lift is located opposite the hotel so you have to drag your luggage and walk super far just to get to the hotel.

To be completely honest this was a hotel completely focused on covid and SHA+ and not really that nice for 'normal' tourist guests. The room looked amazing on the pictures but I was very disappointed when I got in my room, the floor and tables were dirty. The rest of the room was fine. Breakfast was right in the middle where they were preparing meals for the SHA+ guests so not even the buffet that you see in the pictures. The food was still good though. We were working most of the time in the hotel room because we are digital nomads and our wifi connection was terrible, we could not even watch Netflix with this poor connection. I hope they will pay more attention to this once there are more tourists again but for now it did not meet my expectations.

Stayed for few nights. Hotel is in good location, city center is not far. Staff was nice and willing to help. The only thing is that sauna was not working. It was written on the door, that in order to use sauna - i should contact front desk by the phone near the pool. However, looked everywhere, but there was no phone and also there was no one around who could help.

I read quite a handful of negative review for this hotel online. Honestly the whole process from test & go, airport pick up, PCR and changing of rooms were smooth. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful as well. The location being so prime, less than 5 mins from Terminal 21 and maybe about 10 mins from Emquartier really makes it a good hotel. On top of that, their price are not as steep in comparison to other 4-5 stars hotels in the area. Highly recommend.
