It's clean and spacious. The service is also very friendly. I had breakfast and dinner, breakfast was buffet and dinner was very delicious. The pool was deep and spacious, so I used it well, as well as the fitness equipment and spa. I recommend it.

Resort theme hotel with nice ambience. Breakfast is moderately varied (most dishes are repeated daily). Next to the hotel are spa/massage place and minimarkets. There is a small mall attached to it with some traditional Balinese handcrafts, souveniers, and clothing - this can be a convenient one stop for all you need during your vacation. Location is not sea/ beach facing, so if you want to go to the beach, you can either walk or hail taxi/ rental service. The hotel also recommended us a car rental with a cheerful, friendly, helpful driver. We are delighted to find a new friend in Kuta Area. Please find his attached name card in the photos folder.

Had a great time here. They gave us some cake and goodies because it was our anniversary! Location is fantastic as it is near the airport, the beach and one of the malls’. And taking a cab from here to the other places like Canggu and Seminyak was much easier as well. Room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was underwhelming but it could’ve been because we went almost one hour before they stopped breakfast. If you’re not into that Villa life and just want a good place to rest before spending the rest of the day out, this is a really good consideration

My third visit here and never disappoint. Despite the pandemic, they maintain their level of service, facilities and cleanliness. Very friendly and helpful staff. The spa is great too. The only suggestion to improve will be service at the restaurant. Otherwise it is still my top choice to stay at seminyak.

We have business event on this hotel from 9-13 November in this hotel. Everything went perfect until we realized that the air conditioner was not working properly, the living room air conditioner worked like a fan, and the bed room air conditioner was even worse. Been complaining about this to the housekeeper, he was so nice, resetting our AC and asked us to call FO if in the next 1 hour the AC don't show any improvement. After 2 hours, I decided to call FO regarding this problem, she was so nice, sending us the maintenance engineer ( he came shortly, nice person) to check but still no improvement at all, my point is if there is something wrong with the room, please don't sell it, even the temperature corridor is cooler than our room. Thursday evening, my BF forgot a box of mask 😷 in the meeting room, that mask belongs to the participants, there is no way the participants would stole it since we still need it for Friday. Plus, the thief only took the mask and left the box alone, we assume that this is related to the cctv. He complained to the front office Friday morning, the front office staff said that she would check it first, however, no confirmation arrived to our attention, we were so upset about this since this related to lost and found and the staff was not paying enough attention. We had a great time here, The facilities are really great for families, the rooms are massive and give you plenty of space. The staff are all super friendly and attentive without being pushy. The rooms are showing some signs of age but nothing too bad. The rear entry is fantastic and keeps you free from walking on main roads however this is also my one complaint. The door is locked from 6PM which means at night you are either walking along a main road or need to take transport. It would be great if the entry was open till later or better yet unlocked with a room key. Overall we loved saying here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone!

I was stay in this hotel again last August 3rd for 1 night. The I got bigger room again this time and thank you for the hotel team effort for your nice service. I read another review from the other reviewer for this hotel. Well yes, this hotel really need a lot of maintenance, but compare to the room facilities and the prices, it's still affordable for a 4* hotel. I think if you need better hotel, you may find another 4* hotel that more expensive of course. Yes my shower was leaking and the 2nd bathroom was a bit smelly (I got 2 bathrooms in my room). But I never used my 2nd bathroom. Well overall with the affordable rate and the big room, I can't complain too much since the rate will show their quality. Anyway this hotel is really fit with the budget traveler who need a bigger room or having budget family holiday. My suggestion is choose the ”room only” option instead of complaining the breakfast. So you can explore another good restaurant around Benoa and Nusa Dua area for your breakfast since there are a lot of restaurant not far from the hotel.
