Thank you so much to all the team. The hotel and team provide exactly what you expect from a hotel of this quality. But i want to make a special mention to the fantastic Thinzar. She immediately found us a new toom when our hot water wasn't working. The following day it felt as if everyone knew we had to change rooms and asked if we were ok. The lovely restaurant staff (very special mention to Samon) were great with our 2 year old daughter - however hard she tried to make their lives difficult. She was constantly being entertained by the team so that we had time to eat and to squeeze a little more food inside her. Also the ladies at the kids' club making palm frond baskets and playing with our daughter. Importantly for some we were allowed to be in the kids' club with them. I appreciate that a visit to Salalah in Kharief can be a bit hit or miss. For us, travelling from Dubai with a 2 year old, in July, the weather was great. We would stay inside and play games when it rained. We could go to the beach or play in the pool when it was dry and a little warmer. We would definitely come again and probably look at a trip during winter so that we have a bit more flexibity on when to enjoy the hotel amenities rather than jumping inside and out depending on the weather.

The hotel's internal facilities and environment are good, clean and quiet. Service is okay, the price is not too low. Location is slightly far from the city center. The local taxi is too pit.

Call in advance to book an airport pick-up, pick-up is 3 Lille (about 50 RMB) is a very conscience, after all, local taxis are really expensive. Hotel facilities are good, with a small kitchen and large refrigerator, the garden is very beautiful, the main victory in the location, almost the city's only shopping mall upstairs. Downstairs Carrefour McDonald's cinema is the only entertainment and shopping venue in this less affluent place. There are some very small ants in the room, but the health is good. The service is good.

We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel. All the staff are very friendly and professional. Staff went out of their way to accommodate any requests and look after guests. The pools are clean and a good size, there are a few separate areas including swimming areas for children. The pool has a small water slide and nearby is a water play area with water fountains. Sunbeds and umbrellas available by the pools and grass areas. The grounds are well kept, very green with trees, flowerw and singing birds. The grou ds overlook the beach which provides a lifeguard, private sun loungers and umbrellas. The main restaurant overlooks the sea with indoor and outdoor seating available. Most nights there is a traditional singer with a guitar. There is a wide choice of food for both the dinner and breakfast buffets. The kitchen is happy to accommodate to any allergies once this is communicated with them. The rooms are generally quiet but this may depend on location. Rooms are well serviced and clean. The only negative is that the rooms are a bit dated looking and would benefit from a renovation, however that being said they were still very comfortable and functional.
