Regarding the possibilities, the attitude of some employees was incredibly disturbing, even though the hotel gave the feeling of vacation, some of them were extra good, especially the Restaurant section I went to the breakfast I made the disgrace payment in front at 10:30 and the service was just completed at 11:05 I ask something, I ask something else, I constantly ask for another They told me that our breakfast service was over anyway, it made me incredibly angry and they missed the whole joy of breakfast, so what they wanted was not what I wanted. I wanted tea, you can ask from the bar, I asked, they brought me an ticket, of course, they did not receive the fee when I explained it, but it is a shame that they even brought it to me. As for dinner, the meal came in 45-50 minutes and served x3 times the food in eat and go mode, there was no music and nothing else. The service incompatible with the facilities offered was truly disappointing. The parking fee received at the exit was polished and the valet's effort to get the vehicle for a distance of 20 meters at the entrance was a separate event. In summary, apart from the friendly and helpful efforts of a few staff, the service quality was an unbecoming experience for the hotel.
