Room really nice with mountains view, the room ambiance was really clean and bright. The room was perfect!
The garden not really big, but good enough for strolling around in the afternoon time. We also got mini bar (snacks and drinks) for free with unlimited mineral water by request.
We enjoy our lunch at semeja restaurant (indonesian or asian food), enjoy our afternoon cake in their coffee shop and also tried dinner at monomono restaurant (Japanese food). Evertyhing was good.
The breakfast have a lot of choices, but it really crowded, even they already separated in 4 sessions.
Really recommend this hotel for family or couple getaway.FromSGD 140

The hotel very in good conditions in the middle on pandemic. Great social distancing. We've got surprise fr the hotel becouse we are in the honeymoon occasion. Our room fill with decor and we've got doll bear and slice cake. Very surprisingly. Thanks GH Universal HotelFromSGD 63

Stayed in this hotel for 3 days on a business trip to Bandung and my tastebuds were really entertained by the local cuisines that served on the restaurants during meal time (luncheons and dinners). Checkins by the F.O team were so easy and prompt, the staffs on the HK dept are so responsive and quick for special requests (my roomate asked for an additional slippers since it was found only one at each rooms, we are doing double occupancy so we shared the room together). And it's fascinating how the HK staffs are always smiling when we passed them by even i know they are tired :) Pak Entis, Pak Dadan, Teh Lina, Teh Rini are one of their best squad! The Restaurant team are always helpful, they are so responsive on any clear ups and always spread their smiles when serving us within the dining time. Pak Sofi (The Food and Beverage Manager) and his team really bring the service quality to the next level :) The Chef personally came to me and asked whether the food is ok? I told Pak Memet (The Executive Chef) that the foods are extraordinary delicious! Each and everyday menus are so surprisingly expected, my personal notes on the buffet menus are : Sop Iga, Rawon, Kari, and Nasi Goreng Ikan Asin. And they had also a special live corner for specialty dish like baso and mie kocok, or mie tektek or karedok attended by the friendly magnificent trainees : Salma, Linda, and there is also Ira (Special for Ira, she's initiatively refilling the lovely buffet dishes almost anytime, cool!) Meeting room is spacious and private, we had coffee breaks below our meeting room, it's a semi outdoor pateo where we can smell the breeze of the upper side area of Bandung. Just Lovely! Room are eclectic and spacious, there was a li'l hummingbird entered my room from the window on the dawn, and it surely add a natural feelings of the surroundings. They had a long swimming pool, kids pool, kids activity area, and a proper gym on the 2nd level. Well overall, i love how the hospitality flows on their staff's bloodstreams, Great Job Gumilang Regency Team! Keep up the good work and can't wait to go back there whenever possible! FromSGD 28

Stayed for 5 days in room No. 219 for college admission near the area. First impression: The staffs are friendly and are very helpful. Upon check-in you are asked to deposit Rp. 100.000,- which then they'll give you the check to redeem your deposit when you check out. Room and bathroom was clean, beds' sheets were clean and spotless also with nice triple sheet bedding. Also with a nice window with the view of pine trees and the jogging track below. It really is beyond my expectation! The TV is a little small though. The place is very very strategic. It has direct access to the main road and you can access the public transportation easily. Also grocery stores and food stalls are real close to the hotel (about 300m or so).FromSGD 17

Stop by to this location choose to rent a villa because of bringing a group. The villa is comfortable and safe, the environment is authentic, the service is good. The lack of the villa that I placed the bathroom cannot be locked, So checking facilities to be improved. Besides, pay attention and care for the plants because of a lot of pests/diseases.FromSGD 43

This hotel give back my memories with my family when I was kid. My dad loved this hotel very much. Actually my stay in this hotel for working reason, the ambience of this hotel still the same.
