In my rush, I click wrongly and selected the option without breakfast. When I discovered
I quickly contact Ctrip to assist. But the response was ”sorry the booking say this, say that,
we try , but hotel etc etc” There were no empathy from the guy who help me. At least Ella
bother to reach out ot the hotel but she did not try hard enough to get it change to the option
of the same hotel, same room , just with breakfast and I can pay it. She just say , when you
check in , you can pay for the breakfast at the hotel. What kind of answer is this.
I am totally disappointed with such assistance from Ctrip. There is no empathy for a geniune error
that was reported almost immediately. The only help is the RULE BOOK. Then I do not need any service
from the help desk in the first place. I can read the rule book.
