Nervously grabbed a room for 12 hours. I had no experience in staying at the airport. I was worried that the hotel was old. It turned out that it was surprisingly good. The room was not too small, very clean and new. It seemed that it had just been renovated and put into use. There was no need to prepare a plug conversion, and the bathroom was too There is plenty of water, there is Netflix to watch, and there is even a small gym. Unfortunately, I didn’t bring clothes. It’s great.

Last night upon check-in, I found a short, curly hair in the electric kettle! When checking out, I forgot to take a down jacket. I returned to check 20 minutes later, only to discover it mysteriously disappeared, and the hotel claimed they couldn't find it. Such a disappointing experience for my first hotel stay in Korea. (昨晚入住时候,发现烧水壶里居然有一根毛,又短又弯的!退房的时候忘记拿一件羽绒外套,二十分钟回去查看,居然无故消失,酒店说查不到! 第一次到韩国住酒店就如此差的体验)

Incheon Airport World Hotel is clean and tidy. It has a refrigerator, a washing machine and a microwave. The owner is Chinese, warm and thoughtful, and patiently answers questions and helps. Although the hotel is very close to the airport, you will not be affected by the noise of aircraft taking off and landing after closing the windows. Downstairs is the Malatang shop opened by the owner, and there are Korean restaurants, convenience stores, etc. next to it. Take the free bus from Gate 12 of the departure hall on the 3rd floor of Incheon Airport Terminal 1 and get off at Grand Hyatt. Then walk 120 meters in the direction of the bus and pass a traffic light. If you are transiting in Incheon, it is very suitable to choose this hotel.

Appalled with my stay at this property. The room was unhygienic and the black mold presence made me concerned for health implications. On the day of my check-in, I recieved no communication from the property until reached out to the host to request the check-in password. As per requested by the host on the major hotel app where I had made the reservation, I was expected to use private messaging methods for communication. feel it is unreasonable and unprofessional to be asked to disclose my personal messaging accounts to communicate with a property that was reserved on a major booking website. Upon check-in I was given a room that hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest and had dirty towels on the floor and sheets strewn on the bed. Therefore I was sent to another room. The room itself was filthy and unhabitable. The bathroom was disgusting with mildew, black mold and general built up grime. It was filthy and unsanitary. There were old toothpaste splatters and layers of dirt. The toilet was dirty as was the floor. The rest of the room had general grime and the smell was stale and smelled unclean. My socks were dirty after walking on the floors. The whole experience was a horror and I was glad to get out after just 5 hours of discomfort. It was the dirtiest place have ever stayed in my life. I'm shocked that a place of such low hygiene is sold to paying customers. Additionally the auto pincode lock was malfunctioning and I was told if it didn't work needed to manually press it. If there was a known fault with the lock, this should have been fixed instead of subjecting paying customers to a room that is not secure or raises safety concerns. The pictures speak for themselves.
