This is the second time I stayed here, but turned out bad experience. I was impressed when I was staying here first time at 2016. Clean hotel, nice breakfast, comfy room, and they had Enoki restaurant which served delicious unagi sushi. The second stay experience on February 2023 is the opposite of the first one. I got room with no bathroom doormat, in the shower tube the shower faucet was rusty and there was big crack on the floor, it was dangerous because there was only dim lighting in the bathroom. Next, the breakfast. Need a lot improvement. Please provide premium bread and individual butter, not a can of margarine. The bread toaster didn't give enough heat to toast the bread properly. Bakso was the only one tasted good. I stayed here for 3 nights, means I had 3 breakfast times. The last, the main problem. Now they have club at the ground floor, but my room at the 5th floor is not sound proof at all. When the party goers having their peak dancing time in the mid night, the sound reachs my room during my sleep time. I couldn't sleep for two nights in my business trip. Plus their pillow were too small for a hotel grade pillow, and also deflated. This hotel really need serious improvement to compete with other hotels in the city.FromSGD 45

Lifts are also available all time, perfect location and great view of Haram from window.

This is the 2nd times stay at Fox Hotel All facility in the room was good About the cleanliness also okay Bathroom hot water is okay Bed is comfortable and clean For some unfortunately not so good arr 1.Only the park for motorbike is unfortunately not too good for hotel guest 2.First day giving shampoo and conditioner instead of bath gel 3. The room is spacious even we stay for 2 pax. There is sofa in the room and working table and chair. The bed is comfortable. The design of washroom is also special, haha, with 100% transparent glass between bathroom and room 🙃 the convenient shop is just at the opposite, good location!FromSGD 61

I stayed for a night at this centrally located Hotel. It is easy to find from the main road and you cant miss this tall building with the WHIZZ word in top from Jalan Jend Sudirman. The location is awesome and fantastic. Check In : was quick and easy since we used Agoda. Was smooth as well. But after the checking in, the person didnt even bother to tell us when is the breakfast, where is the breakfast and maybe offer us a map or ask us if we need any recommendations at all. It was just a simple 'okay done check in'. So we had to find our way up by the elevator. Room : The room is okay-ish, just about the right size and the right level we got. But there are no wardrobe for us to put our luggages or something. The whole room is nice, but the mattress sheet is smelly and stained. I have no idea what stain it was. But it was yucky to say the least. Bathroom : Spacious in size but oh god, why do you need to put semi transparent glasses??????? Breakfast : The choices are really thin. Not much things to try and taste. The seating arrangement is really cramped. For some reason, the taste of the food is a bit lacking. Service : The freaking time you guys chose to service the elevator in the morning????? It cease to operate for 'maintenance' purposes around 8.30am, right the time when people actually go for breakfast..!!! And I was in level 2, my room is in level 11. How do I got up???? When I went to reception to check on the elevator, the guy was cleaning it super slowly. And the other elevator is broken down. Other than that, it is a good stay.FromSGD 19
