Location is super convenient. 3mins Walking distance to City Hall MRT and we can take buses from nearby bus stops to Chinatown and Orchard Road. Breakfast is good. Hassle-free check in. We are really appreciate for giving us free upgrade to Junior Suite Room and early check in. Room is spacious and there is steam bath facility in the bathroom. Will have our next staycation here again next time.

We had a great stay at the one bedroom suite. Requested for a baby cot and hotel manage to fulfill the request. However the baby cot is very old and not as clean as I expected. Breakfast selection was great! We enjoyed the breakfast very much. From American breakfast to Asian food such as laksa and prata.

Fantastic location, room size and cleanliness. Just that I booked suite for my friend’s bachelorette party and unable to get early check in / late check out. So far, this is the only hotel until to fulfil either one of it. Pretty upset but other Than this, all is good.

Need to change out the cupboards to soft closing! Otherwise everything else is prefect. Thanks Carlton for making my wedding anniversary staycation a memorable one and I'm definitely coming back to stay again. Hopefully the Premier Lounge will be open by then.

I booked a club lounge access staycation from trip.com. Upon checking in at the hotel, I was told that as I only indicated my name during the trip.com booking, so only one person could  access the club lounge and breakfast for one. If I want extra pax to access club lounge, I need to top up $50++ per pax per day.  I searched my booking and showed the hotel staff that I had paid for breakfast for 2. I called the trip.com hotline to inform them about what happened. Trip.com said he would call me in 15 min.  15 min later, trip.com said 2 ppl could access the club lounge as their side had added another name. Happy ending, I thought so.  We (2 ppl) went to access the club lounge between 6-8pm then the hotel staff saw me and said ”one person only”. I was taken aback by such remark. I replied please check your system, 2 names were added. Then we were allowed to enter club lounge.  The next 2 days, when we went for breakfast, it was always indicated as for one pax. The hotel staff would have to call to check whether the package had breakfast for 2 pax.  The 2 room keys were faulty and I would have to go to counter to fix one of the room keys every day as I couldn't enter the room.

Not super duper clean I saw a few strands of hair in the sink and towels were a little stained (which was changed upon request) overall the toilet cleanliness is decent 3.5/5 however the room is super worth it. The staff are also very friendly and gave us a high floor upon request. Location is great as there’s many food places including a beautiful park and temple. 7/11 as well. With a mall that had all the essentials. We also had some issues which caused some noise and they came in to check first if everything is okay before giving us a warning. I loved that they were caring before doing their duty although they didn’t have to! Thank you for your service. For the price I’ll definitely come back 😉

Came to SG for the F1 event but booked very last minute. And understandably the hotels throughout the city is very full. I am grateful that Furama still have a clean and newly renovated rooms available within my business budget. I must say, the room is very very small. And the soundproofing is not done very well at all. I can hear conversations next door and the faucet next door turning on and off especially very early morning. The property itself is getting a bit dated. Some parts have not been renovated like the gym. It can be bigger given that size of the property and the equipment are quite old. It does have a full squat rack though, that is nice.

I booked the room to celebrate me and my sister’s birthday. They gave us a 25th storey room and sent us a cake. The staff were very kind and helpful all around. The view is beautiful and the room is spacious. The breakfast was ok, not the best selection but sufficient enough. Great location! Surrounded by many food places, with a 24hr NTUC and Tanjong Pagar food centre just across the road. I would definitely come back again!

The room was small and the mattress was hard for me to sleep for the first time. Everything else is fine. The bad thing is that I have to check out before 12:30, and I can check in at 3:00, and it takes three and a half hours to clean? ! And the front desk said that there is a charge after 12:30 (one night), is it too sorry for the price of more than 900 nights? ! ! ! ! !

Lavender / Kallang Singapore|3.05km from downtown
Convenient location. Able to get access to many places by foot. Able to walk to marina bay to watch fireworks for the new year, able to walk to bugis junction & bugis +, and lavender has fairprice for those who are looking to get snacks. There are also many shophouses around for foreigners to try which are on the affordable side. Room wise, bed is relatively clean. There's a nice balcony for us. There are no room slippers, which is a little bit strange. And no cups for us to put our toothbrushes in the bathroom, which is a downside. Kettle is quite dirty even after first boiling and first rinsing, black stuff kept coming out, but seems a given for all hotels. Hangers are non detacheable, which i do not like. Swimming pool is nice, and towels are provided beside it. Nice sunbeds. Keycard is easy to use. And counter staff allowed late checkout

Stayed at LYF funan for the first time. It was a easy check in as the front desk staff gave clear instructions. I was lucky to score a larger room for the disabled but it had a connecting door. Lucky, it was a quiet stay despite World Cup season. There’s a small work out area on the 5th floor with free weights and some simple cycling machines. The treadmill is special like a hamster wheel design. The pool is part of the mall’s gym and not assessable from the hotel. The shared kitchen on the 4th floor was not bad as I was able to store my food in full sized fridge which was not so full. Although there was expired food still in there. I was also able to heat up food using the microwave or use the pot to cook noodles. Not many utensils available. There was two cleaning ladies who were rather rude, always eyeing me and pointing out that I cannot use this utensil to cook as they deemed it not appropriate. One of them also used a gloved hand to touch my plate with food which I felt disgusted by as the glove was obviously used. There was no TV in the room but I brought my laptop so could still watch shows. There’s a dart machine at the lobby which had cheap games which was fun and the location was really good, easy to get food and get around. Would recommend and would check out the other LYF properties in SG as well.

The location may not be the best as it is about 15min from the nearest train station (TEL Havelock). Alternative is to take a bus and alight outside River Place Condo and it is a less than 5min walk. Service wise is prompt and fuss free. Stayed for 2 days. Breakfast is about the same for each day. No cooking stations available but food served was decent. Room could be dusty due to the design of the hotel but room was clean and decent. I had a sensitive nose and was sneezing non stop with runny nose. Took med to resolve in the end. The loft area had a sofa bed and it gave no major issue (no bites). TV has limited channels, only local stations. Wifi was good and there was no issue with connections to multiple devices. Hot water was consistent. Overall a pleasant stay.
