What a gem!! Was beyond surprised by this resort. Have often found that the pictures are far better than the reality, in this case reality was even better than the pictures. I think they have found the perfect balance between size, exclusivity & quality. There are 10 bungalows on this property, which means that there is little to no noise. It’s right on the beachfront and has the most beautiful gardens which allows for privacy and spaciousness. The rooms and external bathrooms are gorgeous, a great deal of detail and care. The staff all around are gentle, kind and respectful, and always meet you with big warm smiles. We came across many couples, but also some small families. If you’re looking for a party space then this is absolutely not it, but there are more touristy spaces not too far away. It really gives one the sensation of being away from the hustle and bustle where one can just rest. Everything can be organised by the reception. We rented scooters to explore; they arranged surfing lessons at a nearby beach; we did a snorkelling tour to Pink beach (a bit of a drive to get there); a massage in the room; and more available on request. Their pool and lounging areas are spectacular, everything laid out to maximise the view and the breeze of the sea. We went to Lombok with my wife and we stayed at Seven Havens Residence. The staff were very friendly. The Manager Mr Wawan was very helpful and kind too. The Heavenly Haven room was huge, clean and beautiful and we got an incredible view from it. The breakfast was so tasty and many choices. ZamZam is a fantastic value! The hotel is simple and straightforward, but super comfortable. Selong Belanak beach is a bit further than I expected taking about 10 minutes to walk there from the hotel, but I rented a scooter easily enough to get around to some of the big surf breaks. I really enjoyed surfing at Serana and Mawi, which are both short and beautiful drives from the hotel. Tello the hotel manager is a super friendly, funny, and helpful man! His wife cooks delicious food as well! I liked it so much at ZamZam that I extended my original two nights and ended up staying eight nights in total!FromSGD 21

We were 4 nights in the Tropic Resort in the Villa Susan with outdoor pool and outdoor whirlpool and we were absolutely enthusiastic. Location: The Resort is 2 minutes drive from the dreamy beach Selong Belanak. There is a free shuttle service to the beach. The resort is perfectly suited for resters. There are a few very good restaurants in the surroundings of other hotels, where the restaurant of the villa is also excellent. Whoever wants to have more trouble one day can drive about 30 minutes to Kuta. There you can also find bigger supermarkets and an active nightlife. To the villa: The villa is luxurious furnished and offers an outdoor pool and heated outdoor whirlpool a free bathtub a rain shower. The villa is absolutely new and in a top condition. The pool area is not visible from the outside and you enjoy 100% privacy. You have as many useful extras as an outdoor grill, a cozy gas fire, speaker that can be connected to your phone, ice cuff donor, side by side refrigerator, etc. To service: The service was the absolute highlight at our stay. We felt so welcome and well-released. Each individual staff was constantly trying to satisfy us. There is a WhatsApp group where you can order e.g. food or report concerns. The reaction time was less than 5 minutes. We have been traveling in Indonesia for 3 weeks and had several accommodation but here the service was simply the best !FromSGD 155

We've just returned from this wonderful place. We stayed for 7 days but could of easily stayed for a lot longer. Our room, the staff, the food were absolutely amazing. Oh, sorry, the owners as well were very friendly,helpful, and very knowledgeable. We had breakfast every day, which was lovely. My personal favourite was the muesli. Dinner was a delight. I think my favourite was either the burger or the green curry. Any way all the food was very good. We hired a scooter as we needed to get to kuta to watch the moto gp. The ride which took about 30 mins, was probably our most fun part. We were worried before we arrived that the hotel was a bit out the way, but once we had been out on the scooter we realised it was perfect. It's a short distance to some amazing beaches, and the ride is so scenic. We've already started to play our next trip. Hopefully see you soon Scott and Diane. FromSGD 88

This was my second stay at the Mawun Raya. This visit was during the start of the pandemic and as I had booked flights and was still able to travel I went ahead. I was very well looked after by the staff and enjoyed relaxing by the pool and the casual relaxing atmosphere. The area is great for exploring, not too far from Kuta but close enough to all the local amenities. Thanks again for a perfect stay and I look forward to visiting again.SOLD OUT
