All were fine , 7-11 at opposite, nearby pubs and restaurants within walking distance, sky pool is clean and great though a bit small , but at this price , it is acceptable , suggest to provide shower facilities to facilitate washing before stepping into pool Room is fine though a bit small , Love the cabinet design for pacing clothes. However , wet toilet may be prompt to slippery accident and life hazard which needs to be addressed

Spacious room, very comfortable bed with soft and hard pillows. Good TV set with media connection and share content. Breakfast restaurant closed but lots of food selection to the room (when Breakfast included). Also gym and swimming pool in 5th floor in very good shape. Hotel staff was very welcoming and supportive. Used the spa located in the 4th floor. Very clean room and relaxing atmosphere with great welcome back discount. Can highly recommend the service there.

Old City Chiang Mai|1.42km from downtown
Couldn’t ask for a better location. With CM old city a bit gutted after COVID, lots of the best restaurants and local spots are now to the east of the city. This place sat conveniently right on the northeast edge of the old town. Easy biking range to anything, without much stress or effort. Room was fine, perhaps smaller than advertised but very clean and comfortable and with a great bathtub. Best amenity of the hotel was the swimming pool. That’s a great hotel pool, especially when not too busy. Only downside- when I asked to extend our stay, the staff tried to charge me double what I’d previously paid to book online. I explained the situation (I live in Thailand, using an overseas card for booking is inconvenient, can we please pay in cash at the same rate) it turned into a really frustrating fight that left us wanting to leave just out of the disappointment of the awful service. The good news was that when the manager came in later in the evening, he resolved the situation in no time, and was extremely friendly and professional. So no harm done and we happily extended our stay, and would consider returning again.

Bring 2 kids to sleep in a double bed comfortably. The bed is very wide, the accommodation is easy to find, there is a parking lot attached to the problem with warm water, cold water, if people use a lot of water, cold water will flow less. Makes the water very hot Have to wait during the period when people use not a lot of water
