Had an amazing staycation! It’s meant for babymoon and birthday celebration. The receptionist is very attentive , including the cleaning staff whom noticed that I am preg and offered a pregnancy pillow and anti slip bathroom mats. The hotel also provided a birthday cake. Evening tea, breakfast and even in room dining food are absolutely delicious! Still having withdrawal symptoms after leaving the hotel, definitely will book again!FromS$710

Overall stay was enjoyable! We actually checked in on the 28th May 2022 around 12am+ as we had our wedding on the 27th May 2022. I called 2 weeks to let the front office know that the booking was technically for our "short honeymoon" and was provided a complimentary dessert that consists of cakes and macaroons - unfortunately we were so tired that we ate it without taking photos - opps. There was a congratulation card as well. So props to taking initiative :)
Room was extremely spacious and view was decent! Location was good, quick access to Marina Square, Suntec and Marina Bay Sands.
Long have I awaited for a good breakfast buffet, since covid restrictions have eased down, but the spread was pretty amazing. There are stations that served all sort of cuisines. Yeah my wife and I prefer western cuisine so yeah we just took shots of those that we had while we were just busy eating haha.
Anyways Im pretty sure the ice cream reminded me of haagen dazs 🤔FromS$600

First time stay at the Oasia Hotel Club Room and it was a wonderful experience! The room was spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the Club level amenities too - the pool was beautiful, Club lounge area was peaceful, refreshments and food were great. Service staff were also friendly and courteous.
One downside was when I arranged for housekeeping at 2pm, but nobody came. When I was back in the room at 5pm, I again requested to have my room made up at 7pm. However, within 5-7pm, housekeeping came twice when I was not even ready. Perhaps housekeeping could improve on this. Overall, the stay is highly recommended!FromS$297

It’s my second stay in The Clan, this time, trying out their Grand Premier Room. The hotel’s location & facilities, on top of their staff’s hospitality and very warm welcome, drew me back to this hotel. Kudos to Mr. Sam Gil and Mr. Rommel who ensured that I enjoy my birthday staycay.
Although I had to remind the front desk of the mini-bar preferences I sent when I replied to their email before check-in (wrong items were placed in my room), this minor glitch was overshadowed by all the good things.
Below are all the highlights during my stay:
* very nice view of Telok Ayer’s & Amoy Street’s skyline (my room was at the 25th floor)
* great entertainment system (tv has chromecast)
* impressive pillow menu - I was able to try the U-shaped body pillow
* soothing bubble bath, drawn by one of the Clankeepers
* birthday cake & wine ❤️
* turndown service, inclusive of special tea & pulse point essential oil freebie
* free mini-bar, based on my preferred items
Breakfast served is by set, not buffet, but still plenty!
No more reservations required for their pool & gym, which were still maintained and cleaned regularly throughout the day.
This hotel has three types of rooms: Deluxe, Premier and Grand Premier. I encourage potential guests to try their Grand Premier room - the only room category with bath tub. Staying in this room also comes with special Clankeeper services (like turndown services, drawing you a bath, etc.).FromS$450
