Arrived here late in the evening, where friendly staff welcomed and helped us. Rooms were good and well equipped. Not that spacious, but good enough. We had to wake up early and had a great view on mountains and traditional houses with a beautiful sunset. Breakfast was so tasty, so many good dishes to choose from. Checked out early again, but we wouldnt have mind to spend a day extra

The hotel is great! The room is very convenient to check in, and the interior of the room is very clean. It is very close to the city center and convenient for travel. There are many types of plugs in the room, and it can be charged without a conversion plug, which is very considerate. There is karaoke downstairs at night, it will be a little loud.

Hotel was very busy with many events going on, and swiming full packed of localpeople. Crazy thing is the hotel is a front beach property but there is a toll road being constructed just in front what kills the beach view. The room was confortable and clean, but when we arived wasn't delivered the room we had booked. Notice that the manager fast make the proper correction. Breakfast was a shame was very desorganized and a lack in the maintence of the buffet food. Overall we had a pleasent stay.

Can't recommend this hotel enough. A truly delightful experience from check in to check out. The friendly staff were always smiling and making sure our experience here was of the highest standard, especially Alfano who appears to have been born to be a hotel manager. The rooftop pool provides a fantastic view of the ocean, surrounding jungle and the sprawling city of Padang. The food was great in the restaurants and the basement bar and pool room was a great way to relax with cold beers and a game of billiards. Definitely coming back.

During our stay at HW Hotel we felt comfortable. Fast check in process, clean room, food was delicious - delicious, there was a bakery shop which was delicious too, close to the city center, and the view from the pool was lovely because it was directly to the sea. Next trip, if you go to Padang on vacation again, you will definitely stay at HW Hotel again.

reception service that originated so. marketing that does not emphasize guests. breakfast that is cared for a trained child. I asked about 13 rooms one floor for that management spending with full payment capacity. and I had already solved 4 days before . In practice I gave 3 floors. When I was asked, the answer was all that was left. And all the management throw each other's responsibility. imagine a child under 12 should be different floors with his parents. very not. Recommend for group booking. @ottend

Stayed for 2 nights. A budget hotel with good location and nice staff. The room is okay. The bed is cozy but the pillows are so thin. The walls are really thin too that you practically can hear your neighbor. But they have great amount of movie that you can watch for free. Spend my night doing financial report with kdrama as the backsound. Really nice. The bathroom is clean. But the towels seems really old, thin and the one i get has a hole in each of it. Really love the restaurant tho. They placed it on the top floor so you can see the scenery of padang in the morning. And the food is tasty too. Really like the soto.
