Sydney Airport Mascot|0.57km from Kingsford Smith AirportLocation: very close to the airport, but if you are dragging luggage, it is recommended to take a taxi
Bus: There is a shuttle bus to the airport for $7 per person. Luggage is not limited. The journey takes about 10-15 minutes. The day before, go to a special counter next to the front desk to book a good time, pay for the ticket, and wait 5-10 minutes downstairs the next day.
Room: spacious and bright, moderate temperature, neat and clean. ! ! but! ! No slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower caps.
Breakfast: There are two options: room service and lobby restaurant on the first floor. The first one is the delivery service. There is a long list on the bedside table. You can choose what time to order breakfast for several guests. There are 28 Australian dollars and 34 Australian dollars (not sure I can remember), and each has a certain range for you to choose what to eat. Just hang it on the door handle in advance. The second type goes to the restaurant on the first floor for breakfast for 30 Australian dollars per person (this is very expensive). They drink porridge, milk and oatmeal, coffee, juice, and hot water. Hot dishes include fried eggs, boiled eggs, bacon and roasted tomatoes. The staple food is croissant, Danish bread, sliced toast (you can bake it in the machine next to it, add jam and butter). Cold meals have a variety of fresh-cut fruits and canned fruits.
Service: I saw the front desk with a Chinese face, but he was busy at the time. I don't know if he speaks Chinese. Before I booked the room (the superior room I booked), I said that I could choose the enlarged bed or the double bed in the remarks, but I didn’t see the remarks option when I submitted the order. I wrote a remark through Ctrip customer service, but in the end, we were still nervous because the twin room was tight. I stayed in a double room (I only booked the hotel four days in advance, so it is excusable). There will be someone on the shuttle bus to the airport to help you carry your luggage, and there will be warm chats on the way. Call the front desk in the room to answer in time, and patiently answer questions.
Ctrip: Ctrip's customer service is particularly good. The machine automatic customer service is rich in content and can solve many problems. The human customer service (Mu Cheng and Mon Qiqi) was positive, patient and friendly, and quickly solved the problem for me, and I was very satisfied with the solution. Will continue to use Ctrip.
Surroundings: If you want to play in downtown Sydney, it may be inconvenient. I just find it convenient to go by plane.
